“I needed a price on a very specific window. I spoke on the phone, and emailed with Dan Martin in the millwork department. He couldn't have been more helpful, and prompt in getting back to me. Five stars for sure.”

“We purchased a small chest freezer last week. It was difficult to open the lid after it was set up and chilled down. The basket was in place and looking more closely, it did not fit in the grooves as it should. If the back of it was in the slot we had to pull it forward to hit the groove in the front. It was allowing air to get in and freeze the seal shut. I went in person to explain and wanted to exchange it for another of the same freezer. They would have to order a new one. I had already spoken to the online service to begin a return if possible. They found the freezer was now on sale and thought they could get that deal for us. It turned out the deal was not in our area, or within 250 miles of us. I shared this with Jeremy who was helping in the store. We began the return and reorder process. Within minutes it was done and he gave us the sale price! He also waived the delivery fee. We now expect to have a new freezer on Friday. This is what excellent customer service looks like! It was the store in West Lebanon, NH. We will be back for certain :) Thank you!!”
