Associate was very rude when I went in to explain my issue and did not want to help out any. Seems that because I didn't want to upgrade and give them more money then I already doni was ko food for them. They day before when I was waiting to talk to someone he was very pushy with them. Not a good way to do business.

I had excellent customer service. They listened to me and explained what had happened in detail.

Spent 4 hours there transferring my service to att. Many mistakes and errors. Thy didn’t transfer my number correctly and i left without the number i wanted. Very inconvenient and a big waste of my time. I should’ve stayed with Verizon.
