Worst store. The tall slow talking guy changed my insurance plan without consent. Specifically said not to change anything. Added additional features. Store manager refused to help with anything. Told me to call customer service. Customer service says call store. Absolute nightmare. Shady service. Don't go there.

Associate was very rude when I went in to explain my issue and did not want to help out any. Seems that because I didn't want to upgrade and give them more money then I already doni was ko food for them. They day before when I was waiting to talk to someone he was very pushy with them. Not a good way to do business.

Ron is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with. My dad and I walk in, with a semi-complicated request, we see Ron working with a couple and another person waiting. He informs us he will be with us as soon as he can. A father and son walk in behind us, and he informs them the same thing. Ron was the only person working in the store. He efficiently helped all four groups of us, and got us all out of there in no time. He was polite and knew his stuff!

Tread lightly. These guy will come up with *any* lie to get a commission.I was looking for a prepaid sim kit to migrate my dad over from straight talk since Walmart and Best Buy were sold out. Slow talkin’ dude legit told me he needed to come in and buy a postpaid plan if he wants to keep his number.That’s an absolute lie! I recently switched from straight talk to att prepaid (mostly to avoid sleazy stores like this) and ported my number just fine. It’s the law that accounts in good standing can port their number to any carrier, prepaid or not.Again, be careful and get a second opinion if you use this store.

Spent 4 hours there transferring my service to att. Many mistakes and errors. Thy didn’t transfer my number correctly and i left without the number i wanted. Very inconvenient and a big waste of my time. I should’ve stayed with Verizon.

I called about a phone issue and the guy didn't want to give the time of day. He automatically assumed that the phone had been dropped and asked if I had insurance on it. He just want to take the easy way out!

My experience with AT&T is nightmarish to say the least. So the will never get anything but 1 star. The gentleman working there however, were very cordial. One in particular was knowledgeable about the products and services.

Long wait times unless you luck out and nobody's in there, but once you can talk to a sales associate they're efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
