About 18 years ago, I was berated for using their bathroom, even though I was an account holder. To this day, I will never do business with these people or enter their establishment willingly ever again. Yes, I still remember.

I’ve had Mascoma Bank for about 2 years now and I love it, great customer service. It’s an all around great bank that doesn’t kill you with fees!
