“I needed a new pair of heels for my older Tecnica boots. My local ski shop didn't have them so I moved to the web. I found one pair on Tecnica's site, but I wasn't sure if they would work on my boots given the age. I shot a quick note to Tecnica from the "Contact Us" section of the site and in less than an hour I received a response, a link to the correct heels and had them ordered and on their way. Can' say enough praises about the Tecnica boots I love and the awesome customer service.”

“Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I have shopped Omer & Bobs for years and always found Jonathan and his staff to be knowledgable, friendly and helpful. You have two basic options for mountain bikes in the area - Omer & Bob's for Trek and Specialized, Mason Racing for Rocky Mtn and Salsa. Mason is more of a bike specialist but both are great locally owned Upper Valley businesses and will take good care of you.”

They were clear to note that for example putters were anywhere from 50 to $500 and whatever felt right to you was the one you should get, rather than pushing the most expensive ones.
