Popped a spoke and my wheel was about ready to crumble, luckily I was only half a mile from Omer and Bob's! 30 minutes later I've got a perfectly trued wheel re-setup tubeless! Staff were incredibly kind, and the price for the repair was very fair.

“I needed a new pair of heels for my older Tecnica boots. My local ski shop didn't have them so I moved to the web. I found one pair on Tecnica's site, but I wasn't sure if they would work on my boots given the age. I shot a quick note to Tecnica from the "Contact Us" section of the site and in less than an hour I received a response, a link to the correct heels and had them ordered and on their way. Can' say enough praises about the Tecnica boots I love and the awesome customer service.”
