“Update ***** After leaving this review, I was contacted by Eastern States. They were very apologetic and honest with me and vowed to make up for their mishaps. This month I received my medication on time and at no cost to myself. I have decided to keep ordering from them as long as I continue to get my medication on time.
My complaint is similar to the other recent reviews. They used to be great but have changed and they no longer fill Rx in a timely manner and with little to no communication! My Doctor called in my Rx on 10/4 . They contacted me via text on 10/8 and said that they were processing it. It is now 10/22 and they haven't even shipped my Rx yet!! They charged me for it on 10/9! They never notified me of any delay! I had to contact them, which is hard to do because they don't answer the phone! I have now been out of my much needed medication for over a week with no ETA of when it will arrive. Completely unacceptable! I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone!”

“The dental place has wonderful dental assistances, but I don’t trust any other dr. But Dr.Krat after being traumatized as a kid the first adult tooth I had pulled went very well.. last weeks did not go well as they tried putting me with another dr and it just made me feel scared I have trust issues as is and clearly am terrified of the dentist or my teeth wouldn’t be so bad... I’m pleased to go here for my dental help though they are a good staff and care about their patients. ?”

“If you’re paying out of pocket for prescriptions, make sure that you compare Shaw’s Pharmacy Osco against all others. I have a prescription that would have cost me $250 at Walmart. $175 at Walgreens. But here at Osco, $12 !!!
And the pharmacy staff is helpful and courteous.”
“Women at the pharmacy was knowledgeable she went out her way to explain side effects and reactions, she helped my friend get an important Ned for his heart and diabetes test strips , thanks to competent staff we got everything we needed, will go back if I need beds anytime soon.”
