The representative was professional, helpful and knowledgeable, offered tips and assistance on a drop in basis. The representative troubleshoot phones, order upgrade, completed plan reviews efficiently, saving money on better plan. The process was friendly and with ease for nervous customer. The experience was great and customer would definitely recommend the store.
Guy is fantastic at his job- knowledgeable, friendly, hard worker. He made trade ins seamless and easy. I think even my grumpy parents would be impressed. You should give this kid a raise.
