“When our phone screen wouldn't come on we brought it to CPR in Salem NH. Technician Nick respectfully listened to our concerns and gave us a fair estimate for the most likely repair needed,replacing the screen and cable. When that did not resolve the issue, and further diagnosis was done, it was determined that the issue was a failed mother board in the phone, and that replacing the phone would be the most cost effective solution. At the end, what a surprise it was that we were not given a bill, even for the diagnostic work that had been performed! A great job by an awesome crew! Our thanks to all! Dave & Kathy S.”

A customer that was there recommended that I go to CPR in Bedford to see if that would be necessary. Come to find out it was not because Walt was diligent, persistent, and even though not real familiar with how my phone worked made, sure that he solved my problem. I can't recommend this service and walt enough to people always go to walt in bedford before you get talked into costly solutions”

“Four ⭐ s for service even though they didn't have what I was looking for.Bummer! The man behind the counter was very helpful and recommended Best Buy. He said he would even put the screen protector and case on my daughter's old tablet.
They have a large assortment of ? call phone cases and because of the service, I would consider them for future ? call phone products and service. I have kids so I know I will be in need.
And of course...! My daughter's iPad charging port wasn't working. The man I met the other day said it would cost $ since it was an older model of iPad. I appreciated ? his honesty!
Update: January 2026; I needed a charging port for my vehicle. The associate said he had one out of the box and would charge me half of the regular price. He said it charges quickly and he was right ▶️. It works well!”

“Needed to switch back to iPhone because of Apple Airpods which are FDA approved hearing aids and was trying to order an iPhone online from Metro PCS which was cancelled, then their system was down after I walked there so went here to this store and he had the phone advertised in stock and I was out the door in 20 minutes with it activated. Not much else I can say. It’s a cell phone store and they sold me the phone I needed…”
“Tom was more than helpful and patient. He showed knowledge beyond anyone else I’ve ever worked with in Verizon. He spent time handling my phone and my plan with care as well as making sure I left with an upgraded device, new accessories. I was considering leaving Verizon, however today changed my mind.
