“I will tell you I have been a long time customer at Irving in Hudson everyone I have dealt with in that location has been extremely nice always like Melanie (especially) However I had a totally unnecessary verbal confrontation with the Manager Corrine ( whom was covering in Hudson) and is normally the manager in Derry ....I have to say I have never been spoken to like that by anyone ever anywhere where I have done business. I had no issues and was leaving the store when she got involved in something that was none of her business/ the lovely young lady I was talking to explained everything I needed to know and Corrine did NOT need to get involved.....with that being said I contacted corporate regarding Corrine and I received a call from her manager who she works with in Derry ( the one that trained her ) my mind was blown when she immediately started making excuses for Corrines behavior example that is her tone ? If that's her tone and how she talks to people she is in the wrong business she will continue to bring Irving down. Many people are regulars at Irving and often they know us by name .I was told by her manager that she would re train her ....her poor attitude and tone has zero to do with being retrained ....that is who she is you can't retrain someone to talk to people with respect ! I wanted to talk to someone in corporate not Corrines manager as I feel my complaint went no where.”

“Good location right of the highway. You can get your gas snacks and Dunkin run all in one place ?. Very well stocked store, great customer service. They have several cold freezer cases .”

“They always have their store stocked up and food is out and hot, ready to go. Only reason for 4 stars is sometime's after work they close the deli down and can't get food. And the lines are so slow because they only have one person at the register. Other then that, way much better than the 7 Eleven in Derry.”

“I have had three surgeries for my hand alone, and I am also facing other serious health issues, and I go to the RiteAid in Londonderry Nh on Mammoth Road, my prescriptions are needed every two weeks, and every 90 days, and they are not cheap at all, I’ve had to be on them since January, so that money adds up quickly, so I went today to pick up my most expensive prescription, and finally I have insurance to lower the cost, so I thought, well according to my insurance company which we pay for mind you, they will only cover a one week supply, so I would lose half of my prescription if I don’t pay full price, so I had no choice, but to pay full price, and Erica is my pharmacist, and she has seen this happen to many of her customers, and she doesn’t agree with these insurance companies, so she took it upon herself to give me a coupon, and bring down the price to $18.00, now she didn’t have to do that at all! It is her heart that I see in play here, not to mention that she has the absolute best bed side manner that I haven’t seen in so long! So I personally would like to say thank you very much for what you’ve done to help, me, and my family! The prices of everything today are astronomical, and to save that much on one thing, helps us more than you know! As for everyone else that works with her, you also have great attitudes, and other pharmacies could learn a thing or two from you all! Sincerely Lisa Bannister”

“This photo lab has the best quality prints out of all the local drugstores and Walmart. Other locations can sometimes print dark but this location always turn out well.”

“I was having a bad day and decided to go to this store to get a drink because i was feeling parched. I told the cashier, whose name I believe was Josh, about how I wasn’t doing too well. He came around the counter and gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and paid for my drink. Truly great service, will be coming again.”

“This store just went under new management not too long. The new manager Angela is an incredible manager who went above and beyond for me. My tire was basically flat and the air pump wasn't working , Angela took it into her own hands by getting her own pump out of her car to fill my tire up IN THE POURING RAIN. Get this girl a raise so she STAYS!!!!!”

There has never been even one instance that I witnessed him being anything but amazing. He has not once failed to take the time to make sure each and every customer's (at least what I have ever witnessed) needs are met with the highest level of service and courtesy. He always goes above and beyond which is why I will always choose Walgreens! He needs to lead the seminars if you have them lol.Website makes me want to leave one star, but that's not the stores fault.....CORPORATE FIX IT PLEASE.......INSANITY INDUCING!!”

“Occasional shortages and 10 day waits but overall they handle the situation, compared to say a Walgreens, professionally. There's one area they need to improve on but I'll save that info for the Pharmacy manager if they are interested and that's the difference between 4 and 5 stars from my POV.”
