“Best customer service I've ever had at any store. Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”
“I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate Andrea at the Derry location. I forgot a bag at the register on December 19th. I didn't realize this until Christmas Eve! I'm a last minute gift wrapper. Andrea took time out of her busy work day to make sure I had the gifts I needed under my tree for my family. I appreciate her hard work, excellent customer service, friendly and understanding disposition. I didn't get to thank her in person when I went to get my forgotten things. Thank you Andrea. “This review is specifically for Bo at the 12 Coliseum Ave. Store in Nashua. He is amazing! Best customer service I have ever had, anywhere. I currently have an issue (not necessarily with the store itself) and Bo jumped right on it. Not only was he light years beyond competent at his job, he was also, knowledgeable, caring, concerned and he was also funny and an overall awesome person to talk to. Whatever Home Depot is paying Bo, it is not nearly enough. Bo actually gave me back some faith in humanity and Customer Service. Thank you!!!”
“Very friendly and inviting. Upon walking through the door there was a woman that was working the register who greeted us. I appreciate the fact that tractor supply does so much for the community. They allow the girl scouts and boy scouts out front. They have the active adoptions through the different agencies in Southern New Hampshire. They always have what I'm looking for when I come in and the customer service is outstanding. The store layout is very easy to walk and manageable and define what you're looking for. So thank you. I appreciate my local tractor supply.”

They helped me resolve the issues I was having at the Nashua location. If you’re gonna shop at Lowe’s, shop at this one, stay away from the Nashua location.”
“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
“This was a decent stop, me and my coworker walked in and he went to get a battery for his Milwaukee heated jacket, and I went into get a 25 foot standing fat Max, but I found that they are cheaper on Amazon right now.
They are $29.97€ and $23 on so I decided to not buy it, but that’s OK because I have a Stanley 30 foot which is still in good condition and works well, the reason I want to get a new 25 foot is because the locking mechanism does not function anymore”
