“I came to Mark’s Discount Truck and Auto to see a 2012 F-350 that was in great shape and listed below market value. The salesman Matt introduced himself and give me a tour of the vehicle. He let me take it for two test drives without giving any sense of inconvenience or attitude before I made a decision.I had noticed a bit of a shake in the front end of the vehicle and after discussing it with Matt he said he would have it fixed and would let me know when it was ready. He kept in touch until the repairs were finished, and after one final drive it was apparent Matt made good on his word, and the truck was running great.Overall I experienced a very professional and respectable service at Mark’s and would refer any friend or family in the market to Matt.”

“Great guys, really accommodating. My brother and I both have purchased vehicles from them. They stand behind what they offer. His wiper motor wasn't working. As a mechanic myself, and seeing how busy these guys are, its something simple to get overlooked, An honest mistake. Especially not being a common failure point on a newer vehicle. But with no song and dance , they took him back in right away, gave him a loaner, and offered him a few free oil changes for the inconvenience. Not many places would do that. I usually urge people to stay away from dealerships, But these guys are certainly an exception. Coming from someone with years of management in the industry myself, that should speak volumes. Highly recommend Kevin as your go-to. The owner seems like a great guy as well.Make Second Your Last !(I'll take a royalty if that becomes slogan ?)”

“The amount of work they put into their cars alone is impressive, but so is the outstanding customer relationships they build. Saw one of my favorite cars on their site, a Subaru WRX, and was immediately in love. Reached out and got a response almost instantly from Matt. Told him I was coming down to just look at the car when they were closed and was surprised when he came out and greeted me and my father. Went out of his way to even test drive the car for me as I haven't (until I bought it) driven a standard. Perfect communication leading up to the sale, and probably more patience for my bank than I had LOL. Really happy with how things went and big thanks to both Matt and Woody.Surprisingly, I only stalled once or twice on a hill that had a stop sign, didn't smell any clutch or anything so must've done a good enough job for my first time. Thanks Matt for driving it across the street for me though don't know if I would've made it going down that steep driveway, lol.Thanks again, will definitely be coming back.Chase.”

“This review is for the service department. We have been bringing our cars here for service for at least a couple of years. The people at the service desk are really helpful and nice. The service is also honest and reasonable, with a complimentary wash! One of the ladies walked me out and showed me where my car was after the service was done. That was very professional of her! Another (dishonest) dealership had recommended a slew of services for my car recently, but Granite Subaru didn't find any problems!! Thank you!”

“Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”

“My husband & I really like going to Clark's for our two vehicles. They are friendly, listen to what we're saying, and check out and diagnosis the problem. They gave me a car to take home bc my car was going to be at Clark's overnight. They showed me the broken parts and how they went bad when I came to pick it up.Don't know if this is appropriate but two dealerships wouldn't even look at my troubled vehicle for two weeks! Because my car had a brake issue, Clark's found time to look at it that day! I was TOTALLY impressed! When I left their shop with my repaired vehicle, my car drove like it used to before the brake problem!!When I went there for an inspection sticker, several rear lights were out - I would have never noticed them - Clark's put new ones in - all set.”

“I took my car to my local Subaru dealer for an oil change and they told me my car needed over $4500 in work. I have had the car since 20k miles, it's now at 130k miles and it's never been serviced (outside oil changes). I took my car to Paul at the Car Store for a second opinion. He did all the work, and even included 4 new tires (not in the original Subaru quote) for just about $2k. It's a laundry list of things that were done but my car now drives better at 130k miles than it ever did at 20k off the lot. Car Store is a staple to this community, people should know there are mechanics out there that are honest and actually care. Paul at the Car Store is one of those mechanics.”
