“Yesterday I had the good fortune of calling Werner Mazda inquiring on a Tesla SUV they had in stock, used. Today I went in and traded my car for the Tesla. I feel compelled to write a review, given the fact that honest, sincere, sales & service like this are seldom seen today.
From my interactions with the salesman Cameron, who has worked there for over a decade, to the Used car buyer Michael, to the Sales Mgr Rich, and lastly the well organized finance manager Ryan, I don't think I've ever worked with a group as interested in doing things as well as this group of guys. I hope this car will be the longest one I have ever kept, but if my needs changed, I would visit Werner Mazda again both for their new & used Mazdas, but also their diverse mix of quality used cars like my Tesla. While getting some upsetting news about my jolly green machine, Josh was super friendly explained everything and options for splitting up the necessary repairs so it wouldn’t be such a shock to the bank account. As always they returned my vehicle in pristine condition. With a new air filter, fresh oil, and topped off all my other fluids. Neatly backed my baby into a parking space waiting for my arrival. “My wife and I bought a 2012 grand cherokee overland a few weeks ago. Dan was very polite and caring. Took it to get it inspected and it failed. I called Dan and he told us to bring it back and he'd make it right. Needed a transmission gasket and gas tank straps. He kept me in the loop the whole time he had the jeep, he even gave us a Acadia to drive while the jeep got the repairs. I highly recommend Star Auto Sales every time. Buying from Dan was a great experience. Absolutely love the jeep, and yes after repairs were made the jeep passed inspection.”

“I live down the street from Roy’s so last week when I desperately needed a shop to take a look at a used car we purchased. I gave Roy’s a call, explained my situation and he told me to come on down. They put the car on the lift and went through it throughly. He gave me his honest opinion on the cars issues and asked if I wanted an estimate detailing the cost of all the repairs it needs or just a break down of all its issues. I wanted a break down of each issue the car has so I could present it to the shop I purchased it from simply so they couldn’t try claiming these issues magically occurred in the couple days we had it. He wrote up exactly what was wrong with the car and even stated in his professional opinion the car is not safe for the road. Which is exactly what I needed. The guys at Roy’s were great! Some shops see a woman coming and think they’re going to get a pay day out of it and I didn’t receive that type of energy from Roy’s at all. All the guys we spoke with were very professional, they pointed out the issues they found with the car and answered any questions I had. This specific car won’t be going back to Roy’s because it’s going to the scrap yard but when my Nissan needs any service I will be going to Roy’s from now on. You won’t be disappointed going to Roy’s.”
