“After having a problem that Mercedes dealer charge me $250 to quote a $4000 Repair (Of which almost 3000 was parts)I contacted Duncan’s.
I met with Adam, who was going to do a diagnostic for much less than Mercedes. A few hours later, I got a call. The car did not need any parts. It just had a cable that some vermin had feasted on.
We discussed some required maintenance such as plugs, transmission service, Rear end service, which I agreed to do.
The total cost came in at below the Mercedes estimate, and I had all the Preventative Maintenance due on the vehicle.

“I want to give a Big Shout Out to BJ Collision Center of Londonderry. The customer service was outstanding, my mirror got ripped off and it inhibited me to drive my Ford Bronco. BJ miraculously handle the issue quickly and promptly. With a new side view mirror, I was able to drive my Bronco the very next day! Then there was another incident three weeks later. (I loved, Jeff's comment at Londonderry Ford, we need to bubble wrap the Bronce. Jeff, I couldn't have agreed with you more!) The Bronco was hit while parked outside a cafe. But, this time it needed body work, and paint repairs. Again, my experience exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the quality of work I received from the Londonderry collision center. They went above and beyond to get it right! And, as long as, I am the owner of the Bronco, their workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the car! I would definitely recommend BJ collision center to my family and friends! Your positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for your customers is greatly appreciated. Thanks BJ”
“I got Mike's contact info from a coworker who recommended his shop and the recommendation was spot on.
Mike is super honest and does great work. He definitely appeared to treat our car as his own car and gave recommendations that seemed genuine. Our car hasn't been in for maintenance other than oil changes for a couple years so I was expecting a lot of work needing to be done but Mike gave clear updates and explanations on what he thought needed to be done and what things could wait and why. He never pushed extras and he even recommended another shop that could do some exhaust work cheaper than he could.
This is where I will be taking my car from now.

“I originally unfairly rated this as a 1 star review. However that isn't fair to the company as a whole. Due to the response that I received from the owner, I feel it is only fair to edit my review and provide a proper 5 stars due to their handling of the situation.
Thank you for your response and anyone who reads this further, please understand that I wrote about 1 persons actions, not the company as a whole.
In merging traffic, the driver showed he would rather run me off the road rather than allow me to merge in front of him. Then when I got in front of him, he made sure to come within inches of hitting me. In the rear view mirror, I could clearly see him irate and yelling at me.
When you are representing a company and operating anything with the company's name on it, your actions reflect on them.
Therefore, I called the company and reported the incident.
I hope they fired him. Anyone that angry has no business behind the wheel of a rig.”
