“I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free, and I was able to get my storage unit without any unexpected fees. Duane was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made both my wife and me feel comfortable throughout the transaction. Even though we arrived just a few minutes before closing, he never made us feel rushed and took the time to answer our questions and ensure everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and a stress-free experience.”

“Been a customer for 9 years. The website says they allow 24/7 access to your unit but that isn't true. I wish they would update their website. Several times the elevator hasn't worked.”

“We live out of town and were notified that our padlock was missing. Upon learning the we could not get back to NH until the holidays, Rebecca provided us with photos of the contents so we could see if anything was missing and secured our unit with a heavy duty lock. This is going above and beyond! Great service and attention to detail. Thank you!!!”

“I rented a storage unit from Eric in 2020 and yesterday shipped out my unit to another state. Never an issue here. Excellent security and all my household belongings stayed stay and dry. I gave a 5 star rating but if there was a 10 available that would have been my choice. I thank the owners so much for running a clean facility and working with me during my time renting my units from you. Don't search anywhere else. This facility is the best around.”

“I forgot to get her name but my uhaul reservation was giving me trouble verifying online and then wouldn't take my card, but the woman working in the office was so helpful, patient, and friendly the entire time! Definitely made what could have been a huge headache just a minor inconvenience which was no fault of theirs and I appreciate it!”

“Very helpful staff, clean facility. walked in expecting to only rent a unit. I walked out having a new friend! The employee helping me (Brendan) was so full of life that even the lighting seemed more dramatic when he entered the room. Hand gestures? Impeccable. Voice inflection? Olympic-level. Every sentence felt like a season finale. I didn’t just get customer service—I gained a friend. The business itself was great—clean, efficient, solid prices—but let’s be honest: I’d return just to see what outfit, energy, and emotional arc the employee brings next time. Five stars. No notes. Someone get that person a spotlight and a raise!”
