Mark and Jeff showed up on time and loaded my stuff very efficiently. Even though my bedroom wardrobe wouldn't fit up the stairs at my new apartment, they really tried and were kind when explaining why they couldn't just turn it sideways, etc. I'm still in the process of unpacking but so far I haven't found anything damaged or broken.
