Their quality of service is superb, friendly staff and clean facilities, while other veterinary clinic in Elkins said the brace doesn't work. “I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mara and the staff at Central NH Animal Care! I just switched to them from a different local vet's office, and I'm SO HAPPY I did. Dr. Mara had my extremely timid dog eating from his hand within seconds and had me laughing the entire visit. They made us feel so welcome and appreciated, my only regret was not switching to them earlier. Dr. Mara recommended a different approach for my dog on a couple different fronts, both of which were far easier, and WAY less expensive than my previous vet had been recommending, and not only did it save me a ton of money, their approach was so much better and less stressful for my dog. Dr. Mara and Olivia, the vet tech, were an absolute joy to be around. My dog and I are actually looking forward to our next vet visit. Can't recommend them enough!!”

“I used to take my other cat here before he died. He was 16 and had a heart murmur. I have a new kitty now and took her for her first appointment with her new vet yesterday. Dr Cobb is great! He comes from his clinic in Candia, New Hampshire, once a week on Tuesdays to see small animals in Pittsfield. He's got a very gentle way with animals and he's very good at what he does!”

“My Sadie had been a patient there for almost 12 years. Dr. Cobb and Dr. Robinson have been so good to her. She was a tough little cookie with a lot of fears, but she always knew that when she was going there they would make her feel better. We had to say goodbye to Sadie yesterday, and I can’t thank Dr. Robertson enough for helping Sadie transition compassionately and pain free. Would I recommend them? 110%!”

“What’s there not to say about Healthy Heart!! The entire staff from the time you call on the phone to your in person visits are thorough, kind and they always find time to accommodate you in a timely manner. They are an unbelievably experienced and caring team of professionals that feel more like extended family to you and your animals than just a medical advisor. We’ve been with Joanne for over a dozen years and it’s wonderful to see her business grow with adoration and customer base but also in physical size along with the development of her new facility with all of the modern amenities a practice would need. It’s set in a beautiful and rural area with pastures and horses, yet it’s only minutes from Concord and easily accessible from Route 106. I can’t recommend this business enough to anyone that cares and loves for their animals like their own family.”
