“My wife and I recently decided to get an SUV. We looked at multiple brands and thought what are we doing, we have been buying Volvo's since before the internet was around. So we went to Merrimack St Garage Annex. Happy to report we bought our 8th used Volvo from the guys over at the Annex. Garage. I've been buying cars from them since 2003. Bonus, I needed a truck to tow my RV and they had the perfect used truck for me too. I had regular salesman I used to deal with, I believe in loyalty and Eddie always treated me right. Sadly, Eddie retired since my last purchase. That didn't matter, I got the same excellent service I always have from the rest of the sales staff. I would recommend going to Merrimack St. Volvo for a new or used vehicle and service. They have always treated us right. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. They have fair prices. We want to thank Scott Kling and Alex Saidel for helping us with our most recent purchase. We are very happy with our CPO XC90. I've attached a few of our previous Volvos we have bought. Missing two, but you get the picture.......”

“Rented a slingshot to see the foliage in New Hampshire. Reserved an automatic. A few weeks prior to picking it up, I got a phone call. They told me the automatic was already reserved and asked if I wanted the 5 speed instead. No problem, I've been driving a manual transmission since I was 12. The wife and I had a blast the whole day. Checked in online and was out of the parking lot in 10 minutes. Return was even easier. In and out in 5 minutes. We'll be back mid summer to visit family again and we'll probably rent a Harley this time. Prices are great considering it's a 24 hour rental with free miles. Had a great time guys. Thank you.”

“There were some features to the vehicle that I had that I couldn't figure out (my fault, not Enterprise's). They were nice enough to show me. Also, the battery in my key fob was registering low and it was difficult to open, so they took care of that for me as well. Great service...I'd go with them again and would recommend!”

“I am working in Concord, NH with a long-term Avis car rental. I received an email on a Saturday that my car needed some work to be done had to be exchanged in Boston (where the rental was made by my work) 1-1/2 hrs away! I saw on the web there was an Avis rental location near the Manchester, NH airport (25 mins from my lodgings). I went on Sunday night ~8:30PM. The agent at the counter listened to my predicament, remained unflustered, made a few calls and wham! Problem SOLVED!! I got another car, NO travel to Boston needed, no interference with work and my life! I am very grateful for her professionalism and patience. Thanks Avis for having such competent and nice folks working for your organization.”

“I went to Ira a couple weeks ago on a sunday. The nicest guy came out and introduced himself. He ended up getting me in a brand new Tacoma that day! He was so direct and there was no bs. His name was Muamer Durakovic AKA Mo. He made buying a new truck a fun Experience! Also their Finance manager peter is an amazing guy. He made the paperwork painless.
