Worst costumer service experience I ever had from a dealership. Not helpful and very sarcastic. Specific Jenelle bosinger. Very rude. She thinks that treating customers like trash are going to keep them. I wish I can give 0 stars but I can't.

Be careful when dealing with their service department. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I overheard service writers tell multiple customers that they didn't install parts or that the part installed was the wrong one. This was while I was there during my evaluation of my jeep. The one they tried to steal from me.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and no communication about the timing taking so long.
