“Rented a slingshot to see the foliage in New Hampshire. Reserved an automatic. A few weeks prior to picking it up, I got a phone call. They told me the automatic was already reserved and asked if I wanted the 5 speed instead. No problem, I've been driving a manual transmission since I was 12. The wife and I had a blast the whole day. Checked in online and was out of the parking lot in 10 minutes. Return was even easier. In and out in 5 minutes. We'll be back mid summer to visit family again and we'll probably rent a Harley this time. Prices are great considering it's a 24 hour rental with free miles. Had a great time guys. Thank you.”

“There were some features to the vehicle that I had that I couldn't figure out (my fault, not Enterprise's). They were nice enough to show me. Also, the battery in my key fob was registering low and it was difficult to open, so they took care of that for me as well. Great service...I'd go with them again and would recommend!”

“We arrived in Manchester and made our way outside the airport to pick up our rental car. The rental agent at Hertz was busy, so an agent from Thrifty said he could help us. He quickly processed our rental request and gave us the keys to a Buick Encore SUV. In looking over the paperwork, I realized that the price on the paperwork was $100 more than the price on our paperwork. My husband went back and the agent quickly corrected the forms. The car was clean with no damage to note. When we returned the car, the agent was no where to be found, but another agent helped us. He was friendly and did tell us how to return a car when there was no agent present. He checked the car over and signed off that all was in good order - no damage - full tank of gas. We were quickly on our way.”

“It's the airport, if you are flying it's probably fine, but as a local, really not convenient. No parking and airport restrictions. The indoor counter is closed so you have to go out to the garage to their little shed. Once you find the shed, you wait in the cold. Pick up day the guy was fine but definitely not welcoming or friendly. Did the minimum and went about his day. Car was nice, not particularly clean, picture of the seat at pick up for reference, but again fine. We had a great trip. Drop off day a second guy was prompt, very friendly, what customer service should be, made sure everything was good and that we were happy with experience. When I got home I realized we left a souvenir in the car. I fully understand that was our mistake, but we raced back to the airport to try to retrieve it. Again, no parking, so not the easiest task. It was right where we left it and we were very happy it was not thrown out. Tolls- be careful when driving through toll booth, yes it is in your agreement, but a few weeks after rental I had an additional charge for tolls. I brought the EZ pass from my own car, thinking that would be fine, but still got an $11 charge for convenience of their toll by plate number service. Paid the $1 on my transponder, and the Hertz plate toll fees. Chose Hertz over competitors bc it was the cheapest option for the large car I wanted. When factoring in insurance and toll charges, no longer the cheaper option. I will stick to my regular local rental company.”
