“I went to Ira a couple weeks ago on a sunday. The nicest guy came out and introduced himself. He ended up getting me in a brand new Tacoma that day! He was so direct and there was no bs. His name was Muamer Durakovic AKA Mo. He made buying a new truck a fun Experience! Also their Finance manager peter is an amazing guy. He made the paperwork painless. I would Recommend them to anyone! Also I will only deal with them when im ready to buy another new Truck. Thankyou Mo and Ira”
“I could share a nightmare story about renting from anyone but Enterprise. It would however, be pages of costly, time consuming, stressful horror. My recommendation is to just skip the stress, and rent from Enterprise when you need a rental car. “My wife and I recently decided to get an SUV. We looked at multiple brands and thought what are we doing, we have been buying Volvo's since before the internet was around. So we went to Merrimack St Garage Annex. Happy to report we bought our 8th used Volvo from the guys over at the Annex. Garage. I've been buying cars from them since 2003. Bonus, I needed a truck to tow my RV and they had the perfect used truck for me too. I had regular salesman I used to deal with, I believe in loyalty and Eddie always treated me right. Sadly, Eddie retired since my last purchase. That didn't matter, I got the same excellent service I always have from the rest of the sales staff. I would recommend going to Merrimack St. Volvo for a new or used vehicle and service. They have always treated us right. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. They have fair prices. We want to thank Scott Kling and Alex Saidel for helping us with our most recent purchase. We are very happy with our CPO XC90. I've attached a few of our previous Volvos we have bought. Missing two, but you get the picture.......”

“My truck went down for maintenance 2 days before I had to leave for vacation. I spoke with Barb about my situation and she immediately took action. They did not have a truck on site but had employees out getting other vehicles. She contacted another location and sweet talked them into giving her one of their brand new 1/2 ton trucks and had an employee on site within the hour to do a vehicle swap at the dealership so I didn't have to walk. She also made sure I had the best deal as it was going to be relatively expensive. She told me that if I needed ANYTHING to make sure to call her. When I returned the vehicle, she immediately came out and said that I was at 1/4 tank, and it would be very expensive to fill it back up through them and directed me to the closest gas station. She is by far the most professional and accommodating Enterprise rep I have ever rented from. She is a very valuable employee and represents the best that Enterprise has to offer.”
“Rented a slingshot to see the foliage in New Hampshire. Reserved an automatic. A few weeks prior to picking it up, I got a phone call. They told me the automatic was already reserved and asked if I wanted the 5 speed instead. No problem, I've been driving a manual transmission since I was 12. The wife and I had a blast the whole day. Checked in online and was out of the parking lot in 10 minutes. Return was even easier. In and out in 5 minutes. We'll be back mid summer to visit family again and we'll probably rent a Harley this time. Prices are great considering it's a 24 hour rental with free miles. Had a great time guys. Thank you.”

“Hertz Car Rental at the airport in Machester, NH, completely exceeded my expectations. I was sure that our rental would not be what we reserved, and I was prepared for a lot of run-around. The employee was friendly, helpful, and quick. When we came back to her after getting into the vehicle to say we changed our minds about getting the insurance, she was very kind and helpful! The vehicle we picked up is a Kia Carnival van, and it is wonderful! Great experience when i was expecting a terrible time!”

“Other than not having any Thrifty personnel at the site at the time of the pick-up, overall the experience was great and upon my return the agent that received me and the vehicle was also great. They did not have my reserved vehicle on the lot, but gave me a slightly bigger SUV at the same price, for satisfaction reasons of course, but still it was a nice positive experience and would recommend and probably choose again. Price was a defining factor in the initial reservation, above all others. I have been using Thrifty for over 30 years and I will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Thrifty, Manchester (MHT).”

“Great experience really quick communication in the beginning. It was a slow start. The car wouldn’t turn on, but they did everything they possibly could and they got it up and running after that. The car ran smoothly as could be. I would definitely go back and rent a car again from them specifically because of how hard they worked to make sure I had a rental that could go on the road. They even called me during the day to double check that everything was going well. They checked in each day actually that I had the vehicle, which is a lot more than some people have done. Amazing service great price car matched description exactly how it was posted. I would tell somebody else to renting them if they needed a car.”
