“I could share a nightmare story about renting from anyone but Enterprise. It would however, be pages of costly, time consuming, stressful horror. My recommendation is to just skip the stress, and rent from Enterprise when you need a rental car. If you value straight forward honesty, helpful available people, and peace of mind; keep Enterprise in your list of contacts.”

“Easy enough process. Car was relatively clean, definitely free of smoke smell. I didn't really like that i had to still stand in line, if it was busy i would not have been happy....with Budget I have rapid checkout and I just scan a QR code. I would like to see something as seamless with Alamo”

“My truck went down for maintenance 2 days before I had to leave for vacation. I spoke with Barb about my situation and she immediately took action. They did not have a truck on site but had employees out getting other vehicles. She contacted another location and sweet talked them into giving her one of their brand new 1/2 ton trucks and had an employee on site within the hour to do a vehicle swap at the dealership so I didn't have to walk. She also made sure I had the best deal as it was going to be relatively expensive. She told me that if I needed ANYTHING to make sure to call her. When I returned the vehicle, she immediately came out and said that I was at 1/4 tank, and it would be very expensive to fill it back up through them and directed me to the closest gas station. She is by far the most professional and accommodating Enterprise rep I have ever rented from. She is a very valuable employee and represents the best that Enterprise has to offer.”

“I had the best car rental experience with Budget in MHT airport. My flight was delayed and arrived just 10 mins before the Budget counter close. I called and inform of my situation since I still had to pick up my bags. Norma was very nice and accommodating and waited for me for over 15 mins. Danielle and Stephanie were also awesome.”

“We arrived in Manchester and made our way outside the airport to pick up our rental car. The rental agent at Hertz was busy, so an agent from Thrifty said he could help us. He quickly processed our rental request and gave us the keys to a Buick Encore SUV. In looking over the paperwork, I realized that the price on the paperwork was $100 more than the price on our paperwork. My husband went back and the agent quickly corrected the forms. The car was clean with no damage to note. When we returned the car, the agent was no where to be found, but another agent helped us. He was friendly and did tell us how to return a car when there was no agent present. He checked the car over and signed off that all was in good order - no damage - full tank of gas. We were quickly on our way.”

“Idk why this location gets a bad rep, the guy had two options and let me pick which one I wanted. Car was clean staff was nice and drop off was quick and easy. Based on other reviews have the car prepaid and you won’t have any issues”

“Other than not having any Thrifty personnel at the site at the time of the pick-up, overall the experience was great and upon my return the agent that received me and the vehicle was also great. They did not have my reserved vehicle on the lot, but gave me a slightly bigger SUV at the same price, for satisfaction reasons of course, but still it was a nice positive experience and would recommend and probably choose again. Price was a defining factor in the initial reservation, above all others. I have been using Thrifty for over 30 years and I will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Thrifty, Manchester (MHT).”

“Great experience really quick communication in the beginning. It was a slow start. The car wouldn’t turn on, but they did everything they possibly could and they got it up and running after that. The car ran smoothly as could be. I would definitely go back and rent a car again from them specifically because of how hard they worked to make sure I had a rental that could go on the road. They even called me during the day to double check that everything was going well. They checked in each day actually that I had the vehicle, which is a lot more than some people have done. Amazing service great price car matched description exactly how it was posted. I would tell somebody else to renting them if they needed a car.”
