  It was kind of dirty but for the most part it was welcoming

  I showed up to the branch close to 12 on a Saturday. The drive-through light was still green for open, but instead of helping me, they turned the light off, telling me it was closed. Very poor customer service! Citizens bank has gone downhill in customer service!

  Answering service is mean and this is the second time my checks mailed to them have gone missing under there watch.
