  Forget trying to meet with the branch bank manager. Sat there for 40 minutes waiting while he was conversing with a friend. Ended up having to a different bank. Not a care in the world about the folks waiting in lobby.

  It was kind of dirty but for the most part it was welcoming

  I showed up to the branch close to 12 on a Saturday. The drive-through light was still green for open, but instead of helping me, they turned the light off, telling me it was closed. Very poor customer service! Citizens bank has gone downhill in customer service!
