“I opened a business checking account at the Bar Harbor bank branch on Elm St. in Nashua. The branch manager, Nikos was extremely helpful and was very professional. This is not what I’ve experienced at some other local banks that I used to do business with. He even answers his phone whenever I have questions. I would highly recommend this bank.”

“So I had an unwanted rent charge for 5oo dollars to my account, when contacting the landlords asking them to return the money they wrongfully charged they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to go to the bank and have the charge disputed. When I got there I was immediately greeted with smiles. Zee was the one who helped me, she understood my issue and before continuing, asked for my name, told me she would do everything she could to help making me feel much more confident about the situation. She made it a quick and painless process to get my money back. she disputed the charge and next morning the money was back into my account. Fantastic customer service. 10/10 will come here for any future banking.”
