She cut me an expedited check when I bought my vehicle, which I flew to Atlanta to pick up and drive home, she worked with the dealership there for whatever they needed. She went above and beyond every time - she really is the best.
My motorcycle and multiple vehicles have been financed through Members First, as well as a HELOC for some home repairs, I don't even consider going elsewhere for a loan and neither should you.”

In addition to be the public notary, he went above and beyond what we expected - he read through our documents, helped filled in the blanks (such as the dates) and even arranged help from two of his co-workers to serve as witness to our signatures. We are 100% satisfied and are grateful for Paul to make this appointment pleasant, smooth and fruitful.
BTW, he also has one of the coolest signatures, adding some flare to these bland legal docs.”

“I had just opened an account and the young woman at the bank location accidentally entered my birth year wrong, I think she just wanted to make me 12 years younger. Sadly it did not work out that way and I had to call into the members service line. I spoke to Mark who was wonderfully helpful and polite.He explained the error, was able to fix it and grant my access to my online banking App. And he was very entertaining through the process of fixing everything, I absolutely adored his accent! I would absolutely recommend this bank to family and friends in the Manchester New Hampshire area.”
