Famous Footwear offers a great deal on sneakers and has very nice shoes and some clothes. The selection is not as good as a few years ago, mostly featuring Sketchers, some rubber Birkenstocks, and lots of sneakers. However, the items are very expensive, typically over $100, and not good for cheap shoe shopping. The store can be busy, with groups sometimes blocking aisles. A notable issue is that the store never opens on time, with customers often waiting over a half hour. The staff, however, is vigilant about safety, with management actively confronting shoplifters to protect customers and staff.

Went in to return a pair of sneakers. Very helpful person. Very quiet in the store. Lots to chose from. Downfall is they don't carry any kind of heels...very quiet mall.

A reasonable shoe store with one employee at the time trying VERY hard to not let anyone know how bored she was.
