“Great shop overall but they stand out for their boot selection and fitting, highly recommend.
Picked up a pair of K2 recon 140’s here, great boot but had a manufacturing defect. The guys at Ken Jones took care of it and handled all of the warranty stuff for me. And I got to keep the original liners.

“I walked in to purchase missing channel nuts for my snowboard. The clerk not only gave them to me free of charge but he setup the bindings. They have excellent customer service. There is also a great selection of gear inside the store. I did end up purchasing a sweet helmet for my attire. Overall great store, I suggest checking them out”
