“My husband and I just got back into skiing after many years. We went in today and were immediately accompanied by Allison. We asked her a ton of questions between the both of us and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Skiing is a seasonal event in NH, but she has been skiing since she could walk and it shows. From the bottom of our hearts Allison, thank you for making sure we checked in with fitted boots, correct bindings with how we ski and making sure our elbows are at a 90 degree angle with the poles. “I walked in to purchase missing channel nuts for my snowboard. The clerk not only gave them to me free of charge but he setup the bindings. They have excellent customer service. There is also a great selection of gear inside the store. I did end up purchasing a sweet helmet for my attire. Overall great store, I suggest checking them out”

“Got my newest pair of winter boots here a few months ago. Just was in there on black Friday and the pair I almost bought for my son were still on the sale rack, he tried them on and liked them best. When I got to the register the employee helped look up my name and was able to apply both coupons in my email- 20% off and a $5 savings because of my own boots purchase! I was extremely satisfied he went above and beyond to help me get the extra savings. I barely had the money to spend in the first place!”
