“Only stayed here one night while my mother was visiting me, but we had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The on-site convenience food area came in super handy for grabbing snacks before bed, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Also thoroughly enjoyed my cookie!”

“We had a bad experience at the cabin we stayed at the Bear Tree. We felt so welcomed and comforted at this Hilton. Oliva felt like a old friend or even family. She really was easy to talk to, caring, cheerful, helpful and empathetic. She worked well with my son who has DS and talked to him like a human being with respect. The pool and hot tub felt great. Hot tub could use a replacement its very jagged and my husband got cut on the back of his leg. I would not sit in it with a nice swim suit it will snag it up. The pantry is the bomb! Never seen that at other places. Jose is a great chef and we tipped him. Best French toast ever!. Ryan is very hospitable with respect and manners. He did great with our special Son as well. The morning of the 29th there was a different chef and he was very unprofessional. He argued out loud at the open kitchen window with the wait staff about what customers were sending back. My French toast was hard as a rock, I had sent back 3 times and still it was not up to par as it was the morning before that Jose had cooked. The potatoes were dried out as well. We as well as everyone else could hear him clearly in the dining room. Very unprofessional. Mary did try to smooth it over. I am not a professional Chef but I do know the crust of the bread should not hurt my teeth to bite into it.
Over all we can't say enough positivity about how Olivia, the rest of the front desk staff, the cleaning crew, the wait staff and Jose made us feel so welcomed. As a Hilton Honors member, we will stay here if we need to come back to town. ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. Keep up the great work!! OLIVIA IS THE GOAT!!”

“Great location n 1hr way from Boston, Salem, Dartmouth College. Affordable n expensive like Boston. Room clean, good breakfast, and a river runs across hotel. 2 blocks away from restaurants. Would stay again.”

“I stayed there for my son's birthday on the 24th and while checking in I confirmed my phone number with them, there was a man behind me who over heard my number saved it and text me later that night. I was a little worried and did not know who or how they got my number until the next day. In one of the messages from the man he said he is a regular there so just be careful checking in! I hope they can find safer ways to confirm personal information!”

“This hotel was surprisingly good for the price.

I stayed here for a few nights while my father was in the hospital at Catholic Memorial. The room was good, the Heat/Cool was remarkably effective. When I checked in, the room was at about 74 degrees because the unit was off, but by the time I got back from dinner an hour later, the room had cooled to where I wanted it. The bed was actually pretty comfortable and the blanket/pillows were among the better ones I've had away from home.

Breakfast had the usual variety, and the seating area looked nicer than I am used to in budget hotels.

The intersection where the hotel is located is a little tricky to navigate at night, or in heavy traffic, but that's the price you pay for a city location.

Overall, a good place if it near where you need to be.”

“Everything was amazing. The only issue we had, was our shower, wouldn't drain, and the very very poor water pressure. Everything else was absolutely perfect. The bed was probably one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in.
The cleaning staff of this hotel, I believe went above and beyond at keeping the hallways and common areas clean. Great Job Best Western Plus.”

“We stayed a total of approximately 2 weeks total at this property and were happy with the price while waiting on our apartment to be ready when we moved to the area. We were having a difficult time and had to extend multiple times and all but one time were greeted by Mekhi at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful in helping me navigate my situation and always took his time with a smile and quite honestly was the only bright spot during this trying time. He treated us like people and did his best to make our stay abundantly comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure I never felt embarrassed. There was another lady there who did not provide great service in his absence. She spent time to lecture me on rules of the hotel and honestly made me feel like a criminal in front of my child and other guests because apparently Mekhi had been more empathetic than I had realized and helped us decrease costs where he could. His small act ensured my family had a roof over their heads during a time of being unhoused and we will never forget it. He deserves a raise at the very least. He cares about people and that is what hospitality service is about. He nailed it. The older lady was rude, demeaning, and hurtful. She needs training. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Mekhi. ?”
