“Very nice hotel. My husband and I booked a room here for Laconia's bike week. Wish it was a little closer to the events, but the bed was super comfy. The shower was amazing and the people helping at the friend desk were knowledgeable and very nice.”

“Stayed at this hotel as it was listed on Concord Hospital's discounted lodging. Closest lodging to the Hospital. Beautiful, old hotel. If you are into modern buildings, this isn't for you. Restaurant on site was very convenient and had good food. I had reserved a handicap accessible room as my son is on crutches. Prior to our arrival, we were notified that the elevator was out of order and they had to move us. There were 6 steps to enter and exit the hotel. Shower wasn't safe for him to use because it lacked support bars. We made it work, but wasn't ideal. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I needed to be in Concord again!”
“This is just a cheap little motel that hasn't changed much since the days it has opened their doors. You don't need a credit card to rent from them and they are always cheaper than everyone else. It's nothing extravagant. This is really the only place I pay and feel like I get my money's ”
“This is a great base station for your stay in Concord. A few minute drive from the very walkable downtown, the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast bar has a good variety ...that and the coffee was a great way to start the day. The front desk staff had fantastic suggestions for local a eatery on the night we arrived. A real life saver!”

“Hotel is being renovated when we went. First clerk was great but we were early - she was friendly & very welcoming. The night clerk was extremely rude & never even looked at us. Rooms were clean, but old, but they are doing updates, so might be better next time.”

“I brought my son and his best to stay at the best western for his bday I called to confirm and they upgraded our room and decorated the room with out me asking thank you so much for making my sons birthday even more special and unforgettable. I’ll definitely will be back ❤️❤️”

“We attended a wedding nearby and this hotel offered a much better option for accommodations than the nearby Inn where the majority of guests stayed in a room block. This hotel appeared to have gone through a complete and recent renovation. They offer free parking in the attached garage with direct access to hotel. The lobby and breakfast area was immaculate and for a complimentary breakfast I was impressed. Everything but the eggs. The staff was continually refilling the options keeping everything fresh. The breakfast offered warm and cold options, French toast, breakfast sausages along with bacon and regular sausages, a selection of bagels, toast, English muffins, muffins, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal cereal and my favorite was the high end coffee machine which I enjoyed 2 double cappuccinos. The room & bathroom are very spacious & luxurious. The bed and bedding/pillows were delightful, very elevated. The In room kuerig without the plastic pods was a nice touch. We had a balcony with a table and chairs which was lovely. It was more money than the budget options nearby but hey, life is short. I would book here again without hesitation.”
