“As you would expect from a large store, friendly and knowledgeable staff (if you can find one, or find one not otherwise engaged). If they don't know something about your needs, they will usually bring in another employee of better knowledge in your area of need (if they can find one, or find one not otherwise engaged). The store is well supplied, cleanliness is a major focus. Prices are comparitive for the industry.”

“I recently had a complete yard makeover. Bill Zeolie, of Bedford Fields, designed the beds for planting and worked with me to select new plants. Bill completed the installation of plants in the front and sides of my house. Bill was a pleasure to work with as he listened to what I liked and was not afraid to make suggestions. He was very knowledgable.I absolutely love my new yard! The shrubs and flowers are beautiful. I highly recommend working with Bedford Fields.”

“I highly recommend Faulkner’s nursery for your landscaping plants needs. I was helped by Diane. She is courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable about all kinds of plants, shrubs and trees. I gave her a photo of the landscaping areas at my home, and asked her to create a planting plan. Diane was happy to apply her expertise in selecting the right variety of plants that suited the areas. She goes above and beyond to support you. During the installation, I would send her photos of plant placements, and talk to her on the phone while she is viewing the photos to make placement adjustments. This is exceptional support! The whole staff at Faulkner’s genuinely go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with the selection process, and that you are happy with the end result.”

“I went to Londonderry Home Depot to get some paint and some painting essentials. The gentleman in the paint department (I think his name is Angus) was very helpful! This is not the first time this same employee has helped me with my painting projects. I feel confident going to this store for all my painting needs because I know that I will get a quality paint and an excellent service and guidance.”

“Been going through nothing short of a nightmare with a new washer and dryer purchase, no fault of Home Depot directly. I'm telling you if this store didn't have such an AMAZING OUTSTANDING manager I really would have been unable to deal with this. If you ever shop there and need a legitimately caring person to help you out, ask for Paul the store manager. (A couple of times I've had to speak with I think the regional or district manager Diane and she's a hoot, very helpful as well.) Not enough stars for the genuine care I have received with this fiasco. Thank you Paul”

“As far as customer service goes - this is the best in the area for sure. If I'm having trouble finding something and I ask an employee, they take the time to walk me over right to the product. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.”

“Excellent products and services but does not have dedicated parking for veterans. Lowe's has dedicated parking for veterans at ALL locations. Home Depot needs to step up their game!”

“VEGAN OPTIONS NOW AVAILABLE! PREVIOUSLY, I would've given the Walmart grocery department 1 star b/c a majority of their food selections are unhealthy, over-processed, refined sugar, high calorie, high fat, loaded w/sodium goods. Recently however, delicious VEGAN options are available. After watching the PlantPure Nation movie free on YouTube & Forks Over Knives on DVD, I chose to become a Vegan. I want to reduce my risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, obesity & other life altering diseases triggered by poor nutrition. I'm not "religious" about it but 95% of the time, I do try to make the healthiest choices to fuel my body & stay as healthy as I can. Today I noticed a wider variety of vegan selections...non-dairy soy based cheeses, vegetarian "meats" including burgers, dogs & deli slices (produce refridge section) that are plant based, a super delicious vegan pizza by Sweet Earth, almond/coconut milk yogurts, non-dairy milks (which they've carried for a while now.) etc. I'm happy I don't have to drive into Manchester & pay double-triple the price at Whole Foods any more. Hopefully they'll continue to broaden their variety to promote health & well-being!”
