“I will forever be grateful to Kenny the manager at the Hannaford on Hanover Street. I had had an emergency on Thanksgiving day at about 245 and I had not gotten my Thanksgiving meal and I had called the Manchester Hannaford’s because I had went to the Nashua Hannaford‘s, and the people there were disgustingly, rude, disrespectful mean and just plain out Didn’t give a shit. And I had called Manchester and Kenny the manager not only did he get my order for me but he told me he would stay open an extra 10 minutes for me on Thanksgiving day to make sure that I got my Thanksgiving meal he was incredibly kind. I have been going to this Hannaford‘s for about six years. I do all my shopping there and the people there are incredibly kind. There is not one person there that is rude or disrespectful at all everybody is caring and everybody treats you like a human treat you like a person. The one in Nashua is the complete opposite, but I think Kenny from the bottom of my heart and I hope he has a phenomenal Thanksgiving and an even better Christmas thank you guys so much. I appreciate every single one of you and I will forever be a loyal customer to the one on Hanover Street in Manchester, New Hampshire thank you guys”
“I switched to Ken's after Rite Aid folded and the chain pharmacies became inundated with new customers, and it's truly one of the smartest choices I've ever made. There's never a line, they get prescriptions filled super quickly, and the staff are friendly and extremely competent at their jobs. They also offer a variety of OTC medications, first aid supplies, mobility aids, and some other staple items that you'd expect to find at a pharmacy- plus some fun old-timey candy at the checkout! It feels so much better knowing I'm supporting a small, locally-owned pharmacy, and I take every opportunity I get to encourage others to switch there as well. Once you've been here once, I promise you'll never want to go back to one of the chain pharmacies!”

“This morning I booked an appointment via the CVS app for a flu vaccine and was advised to bring identification & insurance card. The pleasant pharmacist vaccinated me just moments after arriving. Overall the visit lasted five minutes. The entire process was smooth, so yes I will definitely visit CVS again for future vaccinations!”

“--Most recent visit: this time I ran over here 2 hours early because of an unexpected meeting. To make things worse, I didn't realize I had the wrong lunch schedule for this location, they take lunch from 12 to 12:30, and I showed up at 11:50 a.m.. ---not to worry, the amazing team of pharmacists, with Kris at the helm, processed my order in about 10 minutes, leaving me with a big smile and enough time to make my important meeting. Thank you guys once again, you never forget to ask how my mother is doing, you never forget my needs, and I will never forget your kindness.
Thank you Kim, Chris and everybody else. The Genoa pharmacy on the 3rd floor of 2 Wall Street, is amazing. The pharmacists are incredibly professional and kind. They know you by name and go out of their way to prepare your medication on time. Over my lifetime I have used dozens of different pharmacies but I have stuck with this specific one because of the amazing people that work there. Kim always makes me feel welcome, and Chris simply has the best attitude. Using this pharmacy for years, I can honestly say that I feel safe dependent on these professionals.”

“606 Walgreens Farmacy staff means most of the staff do not
have smiling face but looks gloomy. Not paying attention to patients when eagerly waiting for their prescriptions. Not getting meds ( refill ) on time seems so negligence.Needs. Needs to pay more attention to customers ( Patients ) standing for a long time in a queue. This is to be treated most important regarding hospitality. Thanks”

“Their good here they keep stuff stocker. I wish they kept more of the sale item, though. Staff is always friendly and always welcomes everyone when walking through the door. I like them, although their printing has gone downhill a lot in the last 3 months. I used to love their prints now not so much I chose to get prints in other locations. Hope this will be fixed soon so I can come back for my prints. The only downfall is that the rehab place across the street. You get the do you have spare change. The remodel is nice they don't have as much as they used to, but it's organized.”
“Though it is a bit out of my way that go to this store, it’s worth the trip. If I have to ask for help to find something, an employee is ill take me right to the spot to find it, not just point and send me in the direction. Also, the people working there are always smiling, and the store is always clean and organized.”

“I’ve had an experience on almost every unit there with me or a close family member and EVERY single time it was AMAZING. Nurses are so so kind. The er wait is extremely long at times but if you understand how triage works, you are greatful to be seen at any time. Only ever had an awful experience with the GPU. Other than that thank you for what you do”
