Impressed, I was impressed with Michelle. I walked in to get medicine and she knew exactly where to get it, and she was helping one customer, while also taking care of the FedEx driver and still managed to check me out. I think if that was me I’d be so overwhelmed but she seemed to have a handle on everything.
