We've been members for years. The young lady was very helpful in getting myself a new debit card & also helped with filing a claim against a company. It's the help I've always gotten when needed. They are great.

The bank tellers of the perimeter Road location are on Point and fantastic with their customer service. I cannot say the same for the branch on McGregor Street. I just left perimeter Road branch happy and excited for Christmas, which was the exact opposite of how I felt after leaving the McGregor Street branch.

Good service, nice people, good attitude, clean and cool inside. Everything that a bank needs. The nice lady inside was very patient with my mom when she took a minute to do stuff.
