Called in super rude people, asked to speak to the owner with a question, hung up in my face. I ordered a garment for my mother and it came defected. They did not even give me the chance to ask what we could do to resolve it.

Wonderful, imaginative designs, as well as easy-care basics, but the biggest plus is Andrea and her colleagues. They won't sell you something just to make a sale, but work with clients to find just the right item.
