“I have had an amazing experience with this store over the last week or so! I went in on Saturday as I wanted to look at their Scream merch and as soon I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by an employee who asked if they could help me find anything. I asked her where their Scream stuff was and she happily showed me. To add on to that they had a great selection of Scream merch to pick from as well. Every employee I passed asked me if they could help me or if I needed help finding anything; they were all amazing. They had a pair of pajama pants that I wanted that were sold out in my size so I asked at the counter if I could order them. The cashier happily ordered them for me. I was still looking so I ordered the pants and kept walking around. The store was well stocked and clean (as a plus size girly even the 2x and some 3x’s were well stocked!) I ended up leaving with more merchandise than I would like to admit to buying at one time lol
Jump to today, I had never gotten an email for my pajama pants so I went on the website to see if I could find a confirmation, but there wasn't one so I had to call the store. Well, the sweetest person answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond for me. They got me the order confirmation number and even said they'd keep an eye out in the store in case anything showed up there.
Overall I had a great experience with this location and I highly recommend.

“Love this place! Always a joy to shop here. All the ladies that work here are so sweet and helpful! They make me feel like a queen every time I step foot in the store, from setting up my changing room for me, to fetching a different size, they’re so helpful and accommodating! Honestly they’re part of the reason I keep coming back!”
“Helpful and friendly staff.Update: call ahead for confirmation of store hours. For example, I went in to pick up an order on 9/11/21. I arrived at 11:20 the posted store hours are 11:00-7:00. The store was closed and no signage advertising closed for [memorial]. This was also something that happened in December 2020 during the holiday season. In December I had to decline my overseas order and return it.”
“One of my fav stores to shop in for plus size & 'regular' size clothing for my friends & I! - honestly the vibe there is always so amazing and welcoming. Lindsey- the manager there, is truly wonderful. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the team she has there is out of this world --> amazing! “I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!”

“I use to shop at this store when I was a teenager and I kinda still do till this very day. I like the clothes they have here but some clothes are expensive sometimes they do have sales on their clothes . But anyways they have the left side is for men or boys and the right side of this store is for girls or woman. The staff here are nice and friendly people. The floors are clean and yes they do have dressing or fitting rooms here as well. This place is inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall.”

“I went into Express looking for a new blazer. I’ve had my classic black one for years and it’s still in great condition, so I wanted to find another in a different color. Reagan was so helpful and sweet. She helped me find two more blazers—one pink and one light blue—and was very attentive to detail. I’ll definitely be back again because of her!”
“The dress came and is perfect! Length is just what I wanted.. I'm 5'2 for reference and it hits lower calf ... the bust is also perfect.. I'm about 42 around and it fits and flows nicely. The material is very nice. I was thinking it was more toward denim... but this is very stretchy is a flowy way NOT clingy..n9t at all heavy like pur denim would be. For my budget it was a splurge buy it was well worth it and u can style up or down!!

“Absolutely love this place every single time I am in there I am treated with the upmost respect kindness and given help whenever needed. I am always greeted with a smile and by my name whenever I come in by the girls. You don't get that in many stores nowadays. Most places don't care to get to know you interact with you or even care to treat you like a human but this store goes above and beyond that's why I stop in at least once a week even though there are 2 other Charlotte's 20 mins closer to my home. I love Tiff and Porsha as long as they work here I'll keep making the 45 minute trek (I hate the Nashua store since maria left there not a fan of management at all over there in Nashua now) but back to mall of NH Charlotte Russe here The stores always so clean and tidy quiet cozy and feels welcoming. You can always get into a fitting room and not feel like some creep is watching you. If there's one little critique ( this has nothing to do with the store inside itself but with ordering/shipping ) I wish Charlotte Russe were a little more size inclusive when i find things I love then you don't have XL in stock usually and when you do then you only ever carry 1 sz XL and you would be surprised how many of us XL sized woman and teens shop at your stores. If I could tell corporate anything is you got the dream team working there. They really are great the stores really great. Other then shipment/getting my size in stock, I have not a single complaint about your Manchester store. I'd like to see the Manchester store grow into maybe a bigger room or building. Ladies keep up all the amazing and hard work you do! ?????? If no one else notices all your hard work at least one regular customer does.”

Friendly and helpful employees. I feel like the shoelaces could be a little longer. Pins are my own art...but I did see they sold a pair with pins on them as well.”
