“I would’ve done 6/5 stars if I could. Last night was rough night and ended up having to get my car towed from Loudon New Hampshire all the way back to Shaftsbury Vermont with my brand new puppy. Cody was absolutely amazing, he was extremely helpful, a solid driver, professional and honestly just a good guy. Glad I ended up getting this company because the first one I got tried price gouging me just because I was between a rock and a hard place.”
“Had them paint and fit a dent in my aftermarket hood came out great, price was very fair compared to other shops, he answered the phone every time I called which is none existent with shops now a days. 5/5 I’ll definitely have them do more work on my car in the future”
“Key collision was amazing Donna in the office was very informed on what was going on the process they even paid extra attention to detail to make sure all the glass was out of the back of my car because they knew that my dog was in my car all the time. “My parents recommended Eastern Auto to me after having brought their cars here multiple times and had great experiences. I was in an accident where I left the road and damaged a lot of things under my truck. The whole time Eastern had my truck they were very good about reaching out to me and giving me updates on what was going on and the work they planned on doing. They were in more contact with me than my own insurance company. When I got it back there was an issue with a gasket which lead to transmission fluid leaking out. They immediately sent out their own tow company to my house and took it back to fix the issue. I also had oil stains in my seats, which they also immediately addressed and took it back to clean it when I came to pick it up. I would HIGHLY recommend Eastern Auto Body to everyone and will be using them in the future if needed!”
