“If there were a 10 star option, I would choose it for Woody's - especially for Russ, the mechanic. My son bought a 2010 Dodge Charger that needed a new axle. Because it was used as a police car in its prior life, the standard axle didn't fit (too short). We had it at two other garages, with multiple mechanics ordering umpteen axles from various junkyards, and no one was able to find the correct part and fix it. Finally, a friend referred us to Woody's, and we were fortunate enough to have Russ as our mechanic. He searched high and low for the needle-in-a-haystack part we needed, even giving up his lunch hour to do Google searches. It was his creative genius that took a whole new approach, leading to success. Not only did he find the axle that fit perfectly, but it's brand new! Without a doubt, if it weren't for his commitment, perserverance, expertise and effort, we would have had to junk the car. I cannot recommend Woody's, and Russ, enough! You won't find better customer service or talent in the state!”

“Actually, so far I feel a little disappointed. After a month and days waiting for the appointment, (which we had been informed in the pre-crash review that the parts would be ordered) we have almost two weeks of waiting, with nothing specific yet. We know that it happens because we call, we insist (select in the form to update the jobs, not at all). In the future, I will update, whenever the completion of the work happens. In the meantime, the rented car continues to accumulate days. Thank you very much![Update]Despite the wait, the end was SPECTACULARLY IMPRESSIVE, an impeccable job and well done. “I WOULD RECOMMEND NEAB 1000%, NOT BIASED, PLEASE READ BELOW.I was involved in a car accident on 01/08/24. I owned my car, so I never had insurance. My car was towed to NEAB, i thought the police report would be in my favor but it turned out that I was at fault. Due to being uninsured I had to cover the cost of the storage at NEAB but I was in a huge financial difficulty and never had the funds to do so. One of the Saturdays I decided to visit the site and I met with the owner of NEAB named Steve, he assisted me with what I needed out of my car and I explained my situation to him. Steve was very helpful, and his advise was very insightful. He went on to the point of offering to cap my storage fee, if I had made a partial payment. The day we had agreed to pay the fee came but I was short on cash, Steve made it possible for me to get my car towed to my home by offering to reduce my fee to the lowest rate possible. You don’t see such kindness on a day to day basis. No one can imagine how beyond grateful I am. This lifted a huge financial burden. And I will forever be grateful, thank you so much and my God richly bless this business. I would recommend NEAB 10000% times, to anyone.Thank you once again.”

“Birch Street Collision, is the best. My SUV, was sideswiped. I brought my SUV in for an estimate, they did it while I waited. They made the whole process easy and quick. They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim. I thought it would take longer but it was ready, right on time, My SUV was given back to me completely cleaned, inside and out. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.”
