Worst costumer service experience I ever had from a dealership. Not helpful and very sarcastic. Specific Jenelle bosinger. Very rude. She thinks that treating customers like trash are going to keep them. I wish I can give 0 stars but I can't.

Be careful when dealing with their service department. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I overheard service writers tell multiple customers that they didn't install parts or that the part installed was the wrong one. This was while I was there during my evaluation of my jeep. The one they tried to steal from me.

Saw a 2009 Subaru Forester on Ira Toyota of Manchester's website. The vehicle sounded perfect for my child.I made several attempts to reach the sales department with no answer before someone finally picked up.I inquired about the vehicle. I was assured it was there and was still available for sale.We arrived at the dealership within 40 minutes of the call and was told the vehicle was not for sale it was being sold to a wholesaler. I am not sure why they wouldn't have reconsidered when you had a customer sitting in front of you ready to buy?What really is frustrating was the time, gasoline and money for tolls I wasted. I will not be back!

I was researching Tacoma's online and found one that seems reasonable for what I was looking for. I asked for a quote and Ira came back at 32,900 and change. I agreed to that price and said I'll get financing going on Monday. Monday night I get a notification the truck has gone up $500, so I inquired about this and the salesman said corporate raised the price. Well, tell corporate you lost a sale.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep at Ira in Manchester NH in 8/2021. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty. I have had to replace brakes that didn't pass inspection, shocks, rear axle, TOTAL ENGINE REPLACEMENT, TOTAL TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT, and the stereo head unit died among other smaller repairs. The engine replacement was done LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. The vehicle has literally been in the shop off and on continually, once for two months straight, other times for weeks. I am now faced with paying $3500 out of pocket because the warranty has now covered an amount equaling the value of the car. Buyer beware. If I could leave negative stars for this review, I would.

I had been coming here for about 6 yrs now, expensive but overall acceptable - then I dropped off my car at 8 am for some pre-agreed upon work, and it was not ready by 1:30, I was told another hour, fine, then it was not ready by 4:15, I am currently still waiting. Also, staff refused to acknowledge that they had deprioritized the work on my car and didn't keep me up to date. This was 3-4 hours of work max, not 7 hrs.

I would not buy a dog house from manchester toyota i went there to buy a truck and they told me a lease would be better and they would lease to there own mother i put 7000 down and it was a lemon with fuel pump problems so i called to get it fived 7 times ginaly they call me and tell me the part was in i brought the trd pro to manchester and waited 7 hours for them to tell me they did not have the fuel pump and they would not take the lemon back even though the law states they have to.

Brandon R in the service department is a stellar asset to the Ira outfit. He goes above and beyond, communicates consistently and transparently, and generally just makes the whole service experience fun and welcoming.(He's not so bad on the eyes, either!)

Be careful, these guys are shady! READ EVERYTHING, DON'T SIGN ANYTHING YOU DON'T AGREE WITH! I inquired about a 2023 Camry they didn't have on the lot yet. I was sent the initial sales order that had $2806 worth of dealer add ons ($999 was for paint protection, fabric protection and nitrogen tire fill, the rest was for floor mats, mudflaps and phone charging cables!). When I stated I wasn't going to pay for all of that, the sales person told me, "Well, we can leave it off, but that won't change the price of the car, we're already discounting it for you". A $2000 discount still leaves $806 worth of accessories you're forcing me to purchase that I didn't want. I'm glad I didn't waste any time or gas driving up there!!

IRA Toyota is a rip off, they wanted $400 to replace my cabin air filter because of a mouse nest that wasnt there, i changed the filter myself and there was no nest there, the filter was dirty thats all.

I had a difficult mouse related problem to fix and they did the repair in a timely manner. The service tech kept me updated as time went on. Will definitely use their services for other things in the future, hopefully not mouse related.

Went there and got a 2019 Toyota Corolla!!! I showed I was a hard-worker willing to go the extra mile and they worked all day showing they definitely could go the extra mile! 100/10 would recommend highly!
