Xenophobic, unorganized and unprofessional. Denied my partner the capacity to be a secondary on my mailbox because of “terrorists” (he is from Brazil) and the fact that he only had an international passport for an ID. He was able to get a post office box no problem though? Not only that, I’m watching a slew of people angrily walk away from the store (as I have on several occasion) because they randomly close and don’t tell people or post it on their site. Tried calling and it wasn’t on the VM either. Save your money and go elsewhere…truly terrible all around. .

Staff is very patient. Internet access is bad so if you need to look something up (like a shipping address) do it before you arrive. Guest network is slow. Cellular coverage is not great.

This place does a TON of business, and they do it with good humor and efficiency. Very nice staff and they have all the UPS services -- post boxes, shipping, etc. I have used this store for four years and never had anything but good experiences.

On April 3, 2023, my copies and printing from a thumb drive (seemingly easy tasks for a shop that claims to have printing services) DID get done but...First, there were three unused printers but I was told that printing and copying could only be done behind the counter. Then one clerk told me someone else would help me because he was new and didn't know how to use the copy machine (what?... um... okay). The second (and only other) clerk was a very, very ditzy young woman who seemed to have no problem telling me that she couldn't print from a thumb drive because she hadn't been inserviced on it. When I asked if she could make my photocopies (one copy each of about 20 pages) she said "Sure" and proceeded to place one page at a time on the copy surface instead of using the feeder tray. What was especially astounding was that when I asked her to use the feeder tray, she said she didn't know how. (what?... um... okay). When I asked if anyone in the shop knew how to use the copy machine correctly or print from a thumb drive she said she didn't know.LUCKILY, a slightly older young man came out from the back and knew how to use the basic tools of a printing shop and made my copies for me. THANK YOU to him but seriously, the management needs to train the staff to be able to make copies. This whole experience just really blew my mind.

The other day i was help by a wonderful young woman cristy she was really nice and helpful i will defintly use this store for all my shipping need for now on.

Never again will I do an Amazon return here. I usually go through kohls and have never had an issue with a return. I usually have my refund in hours. I had no choice but to use The UPS Store for the returns I had. I was returning some clothing that did not fit properly. There were 3 items all in original packaging and labels. I can’t even get a status on the return. The return label given to me from UPS had a bunch of weird numbers (not the usual UPS tracking number) and it just said contact Amazon for status. I had to contact Amazon and they refunded me anyway despite never receiving the items. I have read horror stories of UPS store workers “shopping” in the Amazon returns. I really hope this is not the case but I really don’t know. I definitely will not be back!Edit because I can not reply to the owners comment: I am fully aware of the up to 30 days for a refund. It has exceeded that time and all 3 items are no where to be found. There is no status update, no movement, nothing! The suggestion was made because it isn’t unheard of. I just find it crazy that all 3 items I returned have disappeared with no trace. It never even went into the system. There is no tracking for them whatsoever.

Apparently the company policy is that you have to show government issued photo ID to ship a package which is fine. The one star is because a USA issued PASSPORT was not accepted. Pasted below are the requirements listed on company website that neglect to mention a passport is not acceptable.Also, Staples (ships UPS) doesn’t require this nonsense. They ended up with my business instead.“Option 1: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name and full address (including the suite or apartment number, if applicable) on the ID match the last name and full address on the package. Option 2: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name matches the last name on the package.” UPS website

Always great service here. I drop off multiple packages here every week and they’re always respectful and helpful. I’ve never seen them yell at other customers, they’re very friendly.

The current staff in there are the kindest, warmest, and friendliest that I've seen at this location in 10 years (specifically Robin (or Robyn?) Sorry, I don't know which way it's spelled, R! Lol. But anyway, her and her daughter, and one other young lady who is a total dear. It's a joy to go in and see them. They work hard too. Love those gals.

I just want to say that I do not usually write reviews. I find it a waste of my time to write them. However, based on the most recent negative reviews, I am compelled to write this review. The previous negative reviews stated that the new owner and daughter are incompetent to run this business, and that the person at the front desk is extremely rude to the customers. Based on my experience today, I found that the person at the front desk was neither rude nor incompetent. In fact, she greeted me in a friendly and courteous manner. She was professional and took care of packing and labeling my package quickly and efficiently so that it would ship today. Thank you for a great customer service experience!
