I was a bit annoyed by the fact that I needed about 4 in of tape and had to pay for a whole roll for 6 bucks which I feel is a bit ridiculous

I was disappointed to see all the negative reviews. I go out of my way for this store. Although I may not get an automatic smile they are happy to help with any of your needs. I have used them for Amazon returns, faxing, and printing. They have been thorough and cheerful through all of my experiences.
