Service here is pretty terrible overall. I arrived ten minutes ago at the drive through and they said we’ll be with you as soon as we can. Ten minutes without any communication or assistance. Really?
I’m going to take my - highly lucrative - business elsewhere.

I placed a curbside pick up order for 3 items. They send me a text over half an hour later saying it’s been delayed. I call the store and they claim they have no notification for my pick up order and the employee proceeds to tell me that even though they took my money for the order the system messed up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Today I went for passport pictures it was one employee and i waited 15 min in line
She made me go wait another 15 min and started talking ather employees

The staff is super friendly and helpful, but I'm not sure if this issue is exclusive to this Walgreens or the company as a whole. My Dr called in a prescription for my blood pressure medicine and it kept getting rejected, multiple times. As it turns out the pharmacy was out of that particular medicine. So instead of telling my Dr that they just rejected the prescription for a week. I only found out because a pharmacy worker told me, probably by mistake. I was out of this medicine, which you know keeps me from having high blood pressure which you know, helps my heart not get damaged by the high blood pressure. Instead of informing me or my Dr they were out I could have gone to another pharmacy and gotten this medicine. I don't take medicine for kicks I take it to keep me healthy and alive. A week may seem like no big deal to some but a week of high blood pressure is not awesome. What if I needed insulin? Or cholesterol medicine? Or any other drug for a health issue? When dealing with people's health a pharmacy should do better. Way better.

Some staff are great, but if you have a scheduled vaccine appointment, check in 20 minutes early, and then have to wait more than ten minutes after your appointment time, it’s not really good enough.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced in my life. Slow, mixed up prescriptions, hangs up on you, and could care less. So under staffed too it’s awful!!!!!!!

I wasn’t able to catch her name, but the young lady that works at the Pharmacy is the absolute sweetest! (Believe she has blonde straight hair) She took the time to help me with my prescription which she didn’t even have to do but did anyways! She deserves recognition for going above and beyond!! I have ran into her a couple times at the pharmacy and each time she has a positive attitude no matter how busy it is and she’s very attentive. I usually seem to deal with angry people everywhere i go so it’s very nice to see someone who is pleasant and takes their time to help you. Thank you again ! :-)

Meet Donald. Donald is the Pharmacist at Walgreens #3900 at 227 S Main St in Manchester, NH. Donald, even after you are very, very kind and patient with him, will intentionally terrorize your child, refuse to give a vaccine, then after refusing, scare your child to the point that they wet themselves. When you tell Donald that he is not good at his Job, Donald will call you, and I quote, a "f*cking @sshole". This is how Donald reacts when you tell him after all he has done that you will be reporting this to the corporate office, as well as warning the public about him. Stay very, VERY far away from this Walgreens. Donald will terrorize your child and then become verbally abusive with you, even cursing. I have, never, EVER been treated this way in my entire life in any healthcare setting. This was a 3-year-old child.
