He should be running the entire mall. I will try to go back, but I'm simply afraid for my bank at this point. Every one at this store is helpful! You have been warned..”
“The prices are a little high but with the sales and coupons it's not bad. My daughter and I got a great deal on shoes and we have wide feet so it's nice they have our size. Also the employees are super helpful and very professional. They got the extra distance to help you they greet you right away it's nice

“My daughter’s father and I popped into the store to look for some specific items our daughter wanted for Christmas. We were unfamiliar with the characters of the show she likes however the employee working was extremely helpful in finding what we were looking for. I cannot remember the persons name, I want to say it was Tallia, either way, they helped us find the section of the store that had all the “One Piece” characters and we found something we think she’ll like. Kudos to the employee working at the Manchester NH location on 11/4/25 during the day shift.”

“I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!”
“I loved shopping at Macy's they have so many nice things and the sales were awesome! I bought a steve madden hat and glove gift set on sale for $15 then a few days later I saw the same exact set was on sale at Walmart for $20”
“Helpful and friendly staff.Update: call ahead for confirmation of store hours. For example, I went in to pick up an order on 9/11/21. I arrived at 11:20 the posted store hours are 11:00-7:00. The store was closed and no signage advertising closed for [memorial]. This was also something that happened in December 2020 during the holiday season. In December I had to decline my overseas order and return it.”
“I'm thankful to not have to shop for clothes online. JCPenney and Macy's at the Mall of New Hampshire are awesome! I can always find someone to help, if needed. Unfortunately, braid dead people are everywhere and I would expect to run into them wherever I shop. That said, there are excellent staff to be found at JCPenney if one has some patience and looks.”
“I love this store so much! It is always clean and it's very well organized! They always have great deals and specials going on, and they personalize the dressing rooms with your name on it so you feel right at home! I have so many clothes from here simply because they are CUTE and COMFORTABLE! Lastly, the staff was great! I was helped by a very nice older woman named Janet at the register, she was kind and sweet! Thank you Maurices!”
“A lot of fun choices. Quality for some items are so so but prices reflects that so fair enough. Also bc pre-teens and teenagers frequent the store and their style and or sizes often change more than older adults it is what it is...perfect for the situation.”
“I use to shop at this store when I was a teenager and I kinda still do till this very day. I like the clothes they have here but some clothes are expensive sometimes they do have sales on their clothes . But anyways they have the left side is for men or boys and the right side of this store is for girls or woman. The staff here are nice and friendly people. The floors are clean and yes they do have dressing or fitting rooms here as well. This place is inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall.”

“I had a fantastic experience in Tilly’s yesterday thanks to Hannah. She was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until the time I left. She helped me with the jeans and sizing (we were about the same size, so that helped!) They didn’t have one of the pairs in stock, so ordered the other online for me so I could still get the deal. I felt so welcomed and valued, and Hannah was so fantastic at her job! I work in another store in the mall and it was great to see those in other places being so great at their jobs! “They have low prices and a great clearance section. Aeropostale is always up to date with the latest fashion trends. I got baggy corduroy pants there for only $12. I come here often with friends to get matching clothing for events. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!”
“I discovered Statement Boutique about 3 years ago, and what a great find it was and continues to be! Both the clothing and the jewelry are special and unique - you never have to worry about someone else showing up at an event, wearing the same thing as you! Andrea, the owner, and her staff are wonderful to work with. It's almost an hour away for me, but it's well worth the drive! I'll give it an A+.”
