I brought a ring in to have 2 loose stones secured. Nick fixed my ring while I waited. After paying he offered to do a complimentary cleaning of my other 2 rings. In doing so he found a loose stone on one of those. He fixed it and did not charge me extra. The staff there are very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service… I had a diamond fall out of a ring (I’m a klutz) and they fixed it super fast for me while I waited. I was having a super bad week and they were the breath of fresh air I needed to put a smile on my face. I even got a hug! 🥰
