“I brought a ring in to have 2 loose stones secured. Nick fixed my ring while I waited. After paying he offered to do a complimentary cleaning of my other 2 rings. In doing so he found a loose stone on one of those. He fixed it and did not charge me extra. The staff there are very helpful and friendly.”
