If I had to say something negative, I would be hard-pressed
When I go into the business. It is very difficult to talk with the owner , why I’m just not sure . Maybe that person is coming through a lot. I’m just not sure. But I find myself constantly wondering how come I cannot talk to the owner.

“We recently purchased a Keystone Camper from Campers Inn Merrimack and we have been very happy so far. Marc Hamel was a tremendously knowledgeable sales person. We’d been to other dealers, and they just didn’t really hear what we were looking for. (Yes, we did NOT want a bump out, and we did NOT want a Murphy bed!). Marc instantly HEARD us and showed us several campers that we had identified, and another one (less expensive, too) that we hadn’t heard of. He was thorough, thoughtful and respectful. Not common in my book. We went to have our walkthrough, and John C was equally impressive. We never felt rushed, and we were treated like family. (He even shared snacks!!). I’ve no history yet with the service department, but if they’re like the front end of the organization, this holds lots of promise for a great relationship. Thanks. Keep it up.”
