“I’m very happy with J is L Auto because they were very accommodating and took my car last minute inspection. I was out of town, drove an hour to my car inspection appointment because I got stuck in traffic, and when I got to certified automotive solutions they told me to wait for 2 hours!!! I called 15 other shops to inspect my car but everyone was booked! I was jumping for joy when J is L auto told me they’ll take my car! ????It’s great to see honest auto shop and not take advantage of people. “My husband and I walked into Tully Bmw on a whim last night as our last chance at finding a vehicle. We were in a sticky situation that a previous dealership had stuck us into (adding unnecessary extended warranties without our knowledge) which led us to be extremely upside down on our current loan. Nate greeted us at the door and let us tell our story and he was happy to help- always keeping a very positive attitude on our situation made us feel 100% safe with Nate. We sat down in his office space and were introduced to the Sales Manager, Seth. Seth and Nate worked tirelessly even after hours, pulling strings and getting us the best deal. Somehow they matched the numbers we wanted, and got us into a brand new 2023 bmw 330xi. I’m still in shock they were able to make this happen. Our experience here was unlike any other that I’ve had at other dealerships. We felt like family- taken care of and understood since we first walked in the door. “This review is in reference to Tulley BMW, Manchester, NH. They have two locations, Nashua, and Manchester. Made a deposit on a car, a few days later came back with the intention of using my trade-in as part of the transaction. On the way to the dealer, someone rear ended me. That is my trade-in that got rear-ended! The people at Tulley worked with me by having the necessary repair work on my trade-in be completed in house, at their body shop at the Nashua location, and when repairs are finished, assuming not totaled, they will cut me a check for the car. Also, on top of that, my car insurance network went down for 5 days during that period. So was a convoluted path to a Certified Pre-owned BMW. Bottom line, the people at Tulley will work with you and do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your purchase. And of special note, their pricing overall seems better then Herb Chambers. So in my book, Tulley is the top BMW dealer in New England. Highly recommend them when purchasing a new or certified pre-owned BMW.”

“Purchased a beautiful Buick Encore GX yesterday from Tulley. I found their website very transparent and easy to use to prepare for my visit. After thorough research, Tulley had a price, vehicle and financing options that were better than anywhere else in the region. I worked with Ian who was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to do business with. He made time for me as a walk-in, answered every question I had and efficiently navigated me through the purchase and trade-in process while being extremely pleasant the whole time. I am an out-of-state resident and Tulley made that part simple as well! I left the lot with my shiny new car and couldn't be happier! I'd happily purchase future cars from Tulley. Five stars for Ian, buy all your cars from him!I would recommend asking for someone other than Kyle to assist with the financial portion of your purchase. He was pushy, condescending and repeatedly refused to take no for an answer when I opted to decline additional warranties, telling me he was "confused" by my decision and it "didn't make any sense" multiple times. I did not appreciate the experience he provided; he came off as a sleazy cliché attempting to take financial advantage of a woman in a car dealership.”
