“Gavin, the store manager, and Jon are super knowledgeable and helpful! We had a flat tire late in the evening that was badly damaged. The VIP tire shop next to it was closed. They spent over an hour working with Fix-A-Flat and bead-glue, etc to get us back on the road for the night. You guys are my hero for your efforts!”

I contacted Granite State Tire and Battery, and they offered to inspect my car immediately. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.”

Started the search this number battery had 3 other types that would have worked, after the third store went to BATTERIES PLUS. Service person asked me what I needed, they had it right there. “Thank you Cody for making my night less confusing. Used to go here a while ago when I didn't have an account, and they were nice, respectful, and welcoming, and I still feel the same way years later. It sucks dealing with bad employees in other locations, but when you hold up on being a good honest one, like my boy here, you get returning customers. I'm not anyone special but you shouldn't be made to feel like you're anything less. Coming from experience. 5⭐”

“Stopped by to get a tail light bulb and Jack was so helpful. Walked me through the process of changing the bulb and and I don't think I would have been able to get the light housing off my Rav 4 without his help. Very thankful for the assistance and kind attitude.”
