I'm only giving 4 stars because I could find the shirt I was looking for but the staff was very friendly and tried to find the right shirt and tie for me. unfortunately, nothing matched the outfit my bride had picked out.

Love the brand. This location staff is awesome and helpful except Roger. They should get rid of him. Told me they didn’t have my size in suits 43S. Was about to leave but then decided to browse and another staff helped me. Ended up buying more than 1K worth stuff. No thanks to Roger.

I come to this store time and time again because of one person, Mila Langer. Every time I come she goes above and beyond to accommodate me. The most recent time I needed to be fitted for a wedding in St. Louis 4 days before the wedding. The location did not have everything in my size, so Mila took the initiative to call and order product from other stores and have it overnighted to St. Louis. I have had about 3 other occasions where she has done similar things to make sure I was taken care of.Thank you Mila, you are wonderful! Be back soon!

Checked out there website. Looking for Men's clothing for my man for Christmas. I found what he wants. So I plan to go to store. Pick it out. Make a store purchase. Seams like a nice store. Great quality of men's clothing. I'd give a 4 ????

Employee was very, very helpful and assisted me in picking out a new suit. Got a good deal and grabbed a bunch of shirts that were on sale too.

0 Stars, manager must be captain of the a-hole army. She accused the wear of my pants that I only had for 4 months from me falling (she said "you must have fell") and the worn areas of my belt loops must have been "from my dog chewing on them" . Accusatory, rude, and poor quality of customer service. Will not be back. Also, I sent in a letter to Brooks brothers customer service explaining the incident and they told me to essentially gfmy.

It's amazing experience shopping there! My son loves the suit so much! When he wear the suit go to Prom. Everyone love the suit. Evangelia Kalioras is the best. She is professional knowledgeable and patient. We will definitely come back to buy form you guys

I would like to give this store a "0" star if the system allowed. I have been a loyal customer for Brooks Brother for many years...,This is a true story about my shopping experience at Brooks Brother, Merrimac Outlet today (June 5, 2022, Sunday).I bought 2 T-shirt at this store on April 2nd, 2022 for $49.50 each plus $5 donation to US UNHCR, and paid $104 in total. I came to store today for exchanging the size from L to M. The store stuff told me that I can not do the exchange since it passed 60 days according to the store policy and I could only get the store merchandise credit for the return. I said that's fine. The on duty supervisor then helped with the return 2 L size T-shirt and issued a merchandise credit of $99, understandable that the $5 donation was not refundable. When I check out the 2 M size same T-shirt, which was marked down as $39 each today (June 5th, 2022), the supervisor charged me $49.50 each and told me the balance of the merchandise credit card to "0". When I asked why it was changed $49.50 while the price marked today was $39, the supervisor said "because you did an exchange". I didn't agree, because the T-shirt bought today should be considered a new purchase after the completion of return and the merchandise card was issued by Brooks Brother. When I asked the return of the merchandise card back, surprisingly, the supervisor through the merchandise card to the trash and said " you don't need that card because there is nothing left, I can't explain to you and don't have time to listen to you, and Go! Go! Go!...". She threw a business card into my shopping bag and yelled "you can call my manager if you do not agree, manager is not here today!", then run into the back. I insisted to talk to the manager or any one who could give me an explanation "why I was changed $49.50 while the mark down price was $39 today???" A store gentleman came over the threatened " I will call the security if you don't leave!". I said "Please call, and just tell them that a customer refuse to pay $49.50 for a T-shirt that the mark down price is $39"..., About 10 minutes later, the female supervisor returned to the desk, and said she had talked to their manager and agreed to sale the T-shirt to me for $39. She then reissued a new merchandise card and charged $78 for 2 T-shirt. There was my last words to the supervisor " I appreciate your help with this return and the new purchase. I am not arguing for the $21 but the rules. I followed your rules and you also should respect your rules. Every rules should be complied and everyone should be respected. This is the value and beauty of this country that I am proud of". Anyway, there seems something wrong with this store...,not the same as what I remembered.

Went in with a group of men all looking to be fitted for suits for my wedding, even during a busy time of day they saw us after only a few minutes after having entered the store. We were all fitted within the span of around a half an hour. At time of checkout, their store POS system had entirely went offline. Instead of not being able to purchase the suits we were fitted for, they recorded my contact information and called me as soon as their system came back online, collected payment for the suits, and shipped them to my house for free. The suits arrived the day after payment was collected with a personalized note from the store staff. A truly great experience from this store's staff and I will definitely be shopping there again.

I shopped at Brook Brothers at Merrimack and their staff Evangelia K., was very helpful. I only went to the store to buy a jacket, but I also bought pants and a shirt. She was a very very polite and very good at her job as a salesperson. Thank you very much to her.

So disappointed to learn this location will no longer carry women's clothing! Really? Women must pay full price, while men get huge discounts? I have shopped BB for years, but rethinking why I need that credit card in my wallet. The staff at this location have always been wonderful; I will miss shopping with them.
