“The staff at Zumies @Merrimack Premium Outlets were amazing! My friend had never been to the outlets in NH and we are from MA. We got directed to the sale by Milo who explained splendidly about the 2/$35 promotion. My friend was able to purchase some cute fits and enjoyed the graphic tee designs here. Will definitely be returning.

When we called this store, Courtney was so pleasant to my mom and looked for the specific dress my mom was looking for, and found it! “I just want to thank the GM that was here today, Monday 2/19/24. I placed an online order, showed up at the store before it was even ready because I realized I bought the wrong size. Both the cashier & the GM were great. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I bothered them when I didn't have to & they were so unbothered by it even though the store was wicked busy. What I should've done was just waited for the online order to cancel itself but thought I had to do an exchange. Both were super friendly, helpful and gracious. Thank you ladies!”

“Went clothes shopping for the first time in at least ten years today at the TH out let in Merrimack, NH. I found a pair of pants I liked and tried them on. They fit. On the way out, met an associate of TH named Alise (Elise). She was a very nice young lady. I told her about my shopping needs and she helped me out. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she gave me. She was very helpful, polite and patient with me. I wound up buying over $500 worth of merchandise. I highly recommend going to TH for your casual clothing needs and definitely see her. She was wonderful!! I hope that management see this and gives her a bonus of some sort! “This place has good Guess brand stuff. Prices are really low. And especially since it's NH, no taxes too! I would recommend this place to people who like things from this brand. I was in the store today, Saturday, July 22nd and I was very well attended, I found everything I was looking for and bought much more than I needed, the prices are really low and the clothes are of great quality. If you like good quality clothes from a renowned brand like GUESS, I highly recommend going to guess at the outlet. I can guarantee that the service will be excellent, the store is super beautiful and has a lot of variety and options for all tastes and seasons. I highly recommend 10/10. It is worth mentioning that the outlet is very beautiful and one of the best days to go shopping is Saturday morning because there are not many people.”

“Today 8/16/2021 I visited the Merrimack NH Premium Outlets for the first time. I was in search of a wedding dress since I will be a guest in just a week. The associate Alyssa helped me so much! She helped me find the perfect fits, sizes and styles. I ended up leaving with two dresses because I couldn’t chose but without her help I would of just gave up and went else where. I wish more stores had associates like Alyssa. I can’t wait to shop at Francescas again!”

“This is a great store with a very large variety of both men and women apparel as well as accessories. The store is big with separate sides for men and women and smaller sub sections for all types of products. The discounts are amazing at this store as all purchases get another final 20% discount which makes good quality high end products much more affordable. Amanda manages the store really well, is super kind and helpful. She even provided a little more time to complete the purchase beyond store closing time which was really helpful. Highly recommend this store for variety, collection, and customer service.”

“Today I was at the Merrimack NH store. I was looking to replace a shirt for my nephew that was accidentally ruined by another child. The staff was so gracious in helping me look for the exact same shirt. Even though we were unable to find it they offered multiple options that were as similar as possible. They found one very close and I was so pleased. They are so kind and helpful at this store and I appreciated their wonderful hospitality and service in their store. Thank you so much!”
