“My mom and I were looking for a specific dress that we had been looking for for 3-4 days at all the stores and some people rushed us off the phone without really helping. When we called this store, Courtney was so pleasant to my mom and looked for the specific dress my mom was looking for, and found it! Since my mother doesn't really know how to do these reviews, she reminded me today, a week later, to write a review about Courtneys service. 10/10 KUDOS TO COURTNEY!”
“The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! I’ll be back soon. ?”

I used to avoid this store because of an older, taller man with round glasses and grayish-white hair who made shopping here intolerable. I have seen other reviewers mention similar experiences, so I know I am not alone in feeling this way.
He rarely offered help and had a way of staring that felt quietly judgmental. I have not seen him on my last few visits, and I have to say, the difference in atmosphere is noticeable and truly appreciated.”
“First, Nautica has been a goto for me ever since I gained weight and was one of the few places I could find quality clothes that fit decently.
This latest visit on 12/16 was great. I had lost a significant amount of weight and the manager, Amy and her associates working that day were a joy to encounter. Amy took time to find me a specific size and give good advice about how they looked which was very helpful as I was shopping alone and couldn't get advice from anyone I'd normally seek. She was also able to give me insight on stocking and if and when I could find what I was looking for.
One thing I would hope Nautica would do as a company is make their website available to their associates IN STORE because had that been available, I would have ordered about 3 or 4 pairs of the style I was seeking that was not available in my size.”
“This factory outlet is fairly large. They had a lot of stock when I was there. The service was really good, the workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also match the price that was listed online at their website, since the price at the store was a little more expensive.”

“Went clothes shopping for the first time in at least ten years today at the TH out let in Merrimack, NH. I found a pair of pants I liked and tried them on. They fit. On the way out, met an associate of TH named Alise (Elise). She was a very nice young lady. I told her about my shopping needs and she helped me out. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she gave me. She was very helpful, polite and patient with me. I wound up buying over $500 worth of merchandise. I highly recommend going to TH for your casual clothing needs and definitely see her. She was wonderful!! I hope that management see this and gives her a bonus of some sort! I will be back to buy more clothes in the fall and will go back to see her. She was terrific! Thank you Alise ( Elise)!! Enjoy the rest of your summer!!”

“My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”
“This is a great store with a very large variety of both men and women apparel as well as accessories. The store is big with separate sides for men and women and smaller sub sections for all types of products. The discounts are amazing at this store as all purchases get another final 20% discount which makes good quality high end products much more affordable. Amanda manages the store really well, is super kind and helpful. She even provided a little more time to complete the purchase beyond store closing time which was really helpful. Highly recommend this store for variety, collection, and customer service.”
