They have a great selection of food, freeze dried treats + toppers, cat toys, cat beds and scratchers, grooming supplies, variety of catnip + calming supplies, and so much more. This is our new go-to pet store for our two adult cats.”

“To those thinking about Pawfectly Raw, please try their products. We’ve had many dogs ( Golden’s) over 46 years of marriage. We found Pawfectly Raw through the breeder we got our last two Golden’s from- four years ago.
We never fed raw before, but the deaths of several of our prior Golden’s appear to have been diet related ( kibble and canned dog food- the standard - especially for those of us who grew up with dogs in the 50’s)). Truman and Winston ( our current 4 year old Golden’s) have only been fed Pawfectly Raw. Glossy coats, good digestion, no hotspots, great energy. What a difference!
Secondly- and importantly for those who don’t know that feeding “raw” means, it’s not just chopped meat! Pawfectly Raw educated us on what feeding raw means and has always been there for our needs.
We regret we didn’t find PR earlier, for our dogs sake.

Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.
I highly recommend this store for excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff for excellent service!!”

“When we walked in to get cat food there’s a big selection but no prices. And it smells funky. A bunch a choices but not many cans for each brand. Very expensive. The person ignores you until you walk up to him and seem depressed. He’s very helpful but pretty quiet but very good store for animal food do recommend.”
“This store is wonderful! If you like birds this is the place. Healthy well taken care of Birds for sale. Staff is just wonderful and knowledgeable. Lacey our favorite bird groomer is so gentle and knows her stuff. There is is boarding for your bird as well when illness or vaccination comes up. Plenty of food choices and toys and supplies . They also have toys and food for dogs and cats. Can't say enough about this store except come visit and check it out.”

They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. “Got my Silky terrier/ Westie mix from here as a puppy he’s 8 now! I would definitely recommend here for a puppy. I did a DNA test they were accurate, and before I got to bring him home we was sick and the informed me I could not bring him home until he was better… he did have parvo. I reached out to a vet to see if a puppy I “purchased” had parvo could cause any issues in future. My vet told me that in a way is not a so bad thing he had parvo as it helps him build more immunity to it in future. Love my little Ziggy, and he’s acts like he’s still a puppy!!”

“I can't even be more thankful for Eden!! He is our families dog, stella is a pur rescue who absolutely loves life! She brings life to anyone who needs a good laugh or smile. We used to go to Petco for grooming, well they were not doing the job. She would still smell dirty when she came home! So I made a change about 4 months ago. I am so beyond HAPPY! EDAN, is her groomer and he always goes above and beyond. I usually have to make a separate visit for her nails to be trimmed and she has to be on medication. Well, Edan did her nails today! It wasn't without a fight from miss Stella. But, they put a cone on her and they got it done!! Thank you to all helped!! Stella and the Soucy family are so happy ?

“This is a full feature pet supply store. I went in for a DIY dog bath and it was easy to work with. The dog bath is raised so it was easier to wash my dog without needing to bend over too much. They also have a bath not as high if that's your preference. Of course my doggy fully expected me to buy a treat afterwards, and there are lots of options. There was a friendly team of employees to help if needed. Great supply store.”
