“This store is wonderful! If you like birds this is the place. Healthy well taken care of Birds for sale. Staff is just wonderful and knowledgeable. Lacey our favorite bird groomer is so gentle and knows her stuff. There is is boarding for your bird as well when illness or vaccination comes up. Plenty of food choices and toys and supplies . They also have toys and food for dogs and cats. Can't say enough about this store except come visit and check it out.”

The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had and really wanted the best for these guys. Both had excellent vet records and all their vaccines.
I was really impressed with how the dogs were treated here, everyone seemed very happy.”
“Vet tech at checking suggested a package which was better priced than individual shots and included a mini check up. the vet and tech giving the services were friendly and worked efficiently to provide gentle service to my dog who can be nervous and a bit unpredictable. Thanks to their care my dog remained calm and well behaved.”
“Got my Silky terrier/ Westie mix from here as a puppy he’s 8 now! I would definitely recommend here for a puppy. I did a DNA test they were accurate, and before I got to bring him home we was sick and the informed me I could not bring him home until he was better… he did have parvo. I reached out to a vet to see if a puppy I “purchased” had parvo could cause any issues in future. My vet told me that in a way is not a so bad thing he had parvo as it helps him build more immunity to it in future. Love my little Ziggy, and he’s acts like he’s still a puppy!!”

“It was our 1st time coming to this PetSmart location on Friday 11/28/25. The manager Tyler was extremely helpful and super friendly. Nice big store , looked clean and really smell . I recently got two new Yorkie Puppies. My puppy was calmer in this location compared to other PetSmart's locations. They did have a large variety of Christmas pet toys and accessorys clothing bandanas and much more. When I'm in the area I'll most definitely check them out . We definitely love shopping at different PetSmart locations , there much cheaper than there competitor company. Thank you , Tyler for your help and being super friendly towards me and my family and helping me out !!”

“What a wonderful experience?! I met Sandy through a mutual friend. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and invited. These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. Thank you, the world needs more Sandy’s.”

“I'm a senior and so is my pup. She is 15 years old and my world. I want her last years to be the best possible, which includes getting her the food that will keep her happy and healthy.
Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.
I highly recommend this store for excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff for excellent service!!”
