Incompetent workers. First they tell me I need to purchase a specific packing for my item, then they say we can't use that packing or else they'll get written up, and refuse to reimburse me because the packaging has been written on.

The Merrimack, NH USPS is amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable. I'm new to shipping so many items and all the employees I've come across the past few months have been very pleasant and helpful as I learn.
