I have a contract with Staples so there was no charge. That contract is worth every penny considering all the viruses going around. It was all done in 24 hours. Love those guys!”
“Taylor Uccello in the print department is amazing! I was here in July trying to get an A0 poster printed on short notice. I went to two other Staples in the area initially (who estimated that the print job would take at least 24-48 hours), whereas Taylor promised an hour and was done in 30 minutes. They were super polite and professional alongside being highly efficient! Would highly recommend”
“As a small business owner, I appreciate the location for easy access when I need items for my business and services that Staples offers, I often stop in the store but also have been able to use same day delivery. The associates are very friendly and helpful at checkout or doing returns, or in finding items or getting information. If you are not part of the Easy Rewards and use the App, this definitely makes a difference in taking advantage of points back and sale items. I do watch their promotions for items that I purchase on a regular basis.”

“Michelle is an amazing employee who works her butt off and consistently goes above and beyond. She treats every customer with respect and hustles every single day to deliver the best service and the most positive experience possible.
With that being said…
She should not have to work alone. Every day she faces a line out the door, overflowing packages across the counter and down the hallway, and the workload of multiple people—all by herself. USPS truly needs to hire additional help to support her. Having three registers but only one employee is not fair to Michelle, and it’s not fair to the customers relying on this location.

“I’m surprised by these reviews because I personally have had nothing but great experiences with Merrimack post office. Yes, I get random mail inserts but I feel as though that’s the norm everywhere. I really want to shout out Beth because I had a package that was going to be delivered late due to the snow storm. I was getting no updates on the location. I submitted a request to find my package and Beth called me personally to give me updates. She even called me during the snow storm to tell me she had the package and it would be delivered the next day. Thanks for the great customer service!”
