Who reviews a post office anyway... Anyone who thinks USPS is bad has clearly never had to deal with UPS or Fedex on a regular basis. Careful what you wish for! I ship daily, USPS is usually 1/2 - 1/4 the cost depending on speed, location, and commercial account discounts (low cost UPS and FedEx services rely on USPS for final delivery), has comparable phone support (they all make speaking to a human difficult), and their online claims process is much easier and more likely to be approved. This particular post office is well above average in terms of wait times and anything else that matters, and all my carriers are great. Don't the people complaining have a McDonald's review to write? Geez.

Is usually a fine experience, even exceptional at times with some of the people working there. As others have mentioned, there is a woman who can seem to enjoy being of little help, on occasion.

The staff at the post office is always friendly and helpful and typically get me in and out quickly. Our local driver isn’t the friendliest (or gentlest with our packages), but thankfully I don’t interact with her much. The packages still make it to me so I can’t complain too much.

Post Master Kathleen Cwenar is a horrendous example of how a government employee should act. Hopefully by now she has lost her job because she is extremely unprofessional. Worst service I have seen in a post office in a LONG LONG TIME.

Terrible post office, and staff very unprofessional and rude talks down to the public. They forget they work for the people. They need training on their poster 7 rules and regulations for conduct on postal property. These Karen's need to go back under the rock they crawled out under.

I'm scared to go into this postal office as a foreighner. They don't even care about the rights of the citizents.
